Just wanna share my experience of staying in this beautiful hotel. 1- The location and the views from the hotel are just amazing! Especially during sunsets! 2- The personal and stuff of the hotel are super super friendly, if I could I would give 10 stars for the hospitality. 3- Onsens and the view are something out from this world 4- What I was really amazed is the kitchen and the chef that is cooking. If you stay in this hotel I highly recommend take the breakfast and dinners. You will have a high class food with a presentation and explanation of each dish by the servant. Best experience 5- Last but not the least I forgot my speaker in the hotel. The stuff brought it back the same day to me to another hotel I moved after NISHIHOPPO. So guys, less words more actions! 10 stars to this amazing hotel and it’s owner. My respect.

제가 꿈꿔왔던 일본식 온천 여관에 대한 모든 환상을 충족시켜 주었습니다. 시설: 욕실이 딸린 일반 일본식 객실을 예약했는데, 실제로는 창문이 있었고 전망은 조금 달랐습니다. 일본 기준으로 객실 크기는 넓은 편이었지만, 입구가 다소 좁아 캐리어를 펼치기가 조금 힘들었습니다. 환경: 제가 방문했을 때는 남녀 온천탕이 이미 리모델링되어 있어서 한 곳만 이용할 수 있었습니다. 대탕, 소탕, 노천탕이 있었는데, 실내 온천탕이 물 온도도 딱 적당해서 가장 쾌적했습니다. 개인탕 예약은 불가능했지만, 오후 늦게 가면 운이 좋으면 프라이빗하게 온천을 즐길 수 있을지도 모릅니다. 서비스: 훌륭했습니다. 호텔에서 유다나카역과 호텔을 오가는 셔틀 서비스를 제공하는데, 오후 2시 이후에만 운행합니다. 스노우 몽키 파크까지 가는 셔틀도 있지만, 파크에서 돌아오는 셔틀은 없습니다. 호텔 직원분들이 정말 친절했습니다. 호텔에 도착했을 때, 역에 짐을 두고 온 것을 깨달았습니다. 직원분이 저를 역까지 데려다 주셔서 짐을 찾을 수 있었습니다. 버스에는 저 혼자뿐이었는데, 마치 버스 전체를 혼자 쓰는 듯한 느낌이었습니다. 아침과 저녁 식사는 모두 양이 푸짐했고, 정성껏 준비했다는 것을 알 수 있었습니다. 다만 저는 날음식을 좋아하지 않아서 조금만 먹어봤는데, 특별히 다른 점은 느끼지 못했습니다. 제가 식사한 날에는 소고기도 나왔고, 메뉴도 다양해서 날음식을 먹지 않아도 괜찮습니다. 예산이 허락한다면 꼭 한번 경험해 보시길 추천합니다! 진정한 일본식 식사를 경험할 수 있을 거예요.

The lady boss of this Ryokan is very friendly and welcoming, we enjoyed her hospitality. It was snowing on our second day and the garden view from our room was nice. Unfortunately the inhouse onsen, was under maintenance on our 2nd night onwards, only couple onsen was open. The breakfast was served in our room and dinner was at nearby local restaurant in Shibu. Overall a privately run set up but we enjoyed our stay.

My husband and I spent one night here as part of our honeymoon, and it was such a memorable and unique experience. We took the local bus up and only had to walk a few minutes before reaching the place. The hotel was beautiful, peaceful, clean, and quiet. We booked a private onsen and it was well worth every penny. We also added the dinner and breakfast package, and each of the meals were delicious. Such a special experience that I would highly recommend to anyone who has the opportunity. Also, make sure to try the local apples!

작고 조용한 마을에 위치해 있습니다. 중국어 가능한 직원분들이 계셔서 소통에 전혀 불편함이 없었고, 필요할 때마다 친절하게 도와주셨습니다. 근처에 야생 원숭이 공원이 있어 온천하는 귀여운 아기 원숭이들을 볼 수 있어요. 숙소에서 픽업/샌딩 서비스를 제공하며, 셔틀버스 시간표도 잘 안내되어 있습니다.

It's a 10 mins walk uphill from train station so maybe better to try to contact them for a complimentary pick up. The place is super grand and 2 onsens. A Instagram worthy one that the males and females get to use it at different timings. The shower stuff in the onsen are mediocre though. No fancy facial stuff for women unlike some other onsens at this price range. We had breakfast and dinner for the 2 nights. And well worth it. But you have to follow a fixed timing and we felt a bit rushed but otherwise it was really great and service perfect. We had one the biggest rooms I believe Room 716. Had a sitting area and also a sleeping area. Easily fits 8 persons. We were only 2. In the day they kept the futons and brought it out at night. Towels changed every night. There is a van that goes straight to Mount Yokoteyama ski resort. The receptionist didn't seem to know about it but you could try to Google. It was a complimentary ride to and fro if you bought the lift tickets. Took only like 30 mins to get there. You can get rentals at hotels there.

호텔은 새롭지 않지만 매우 아늑하고 분위기가 좋습니다. 가이세키 저녁 식사는 한꺼번에 테이블에 제공되었습니다. 맛있는 요리가 많았고 모두 신선하고 매우 맛있었습니다. 온천은 남성과 여성 구역으로 나뉘며 각각 실내와 실외 욕조가 있습니다. 눈이 덮인 야외에서 목욕하는 것은 정말 마법같습니다! 전반적으로, 특히 온천에서의 휴식과 맛있는 음식이 정말 좋았습니다.

저렴하고 아주 좋았습니다! 특히 인상에 남은 것은 프론트 데스크의 직원들 모두가 돌아올 때까지 미소로 대응 해 주시고 외국 고객들에게도 정중하고 친절하게 설명해 주신 것입니다. 매우 안심할 수있었습니다 ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay at Shiga Kogen Sunvalley hotel. It's only a 20 mins bus ride from the Snow Monkey Park. The bus stop (S15) is about 100m away but when it's heavily snowing, it could be a little difficult to pull your luggage across the road. During the winter season, there's a free shuttle bus that takes you around the different resorts. The hotel also has ski rentals and the pricing is very reasonable and convenient for hotel guests to pickup and drop-off. The onsite onsen and sauna is clean and well maintained. We had breakfast included - food selection is good with a mix of Western and Japanese cuisine. Dinner required reservation and you have a choice of Japanese set course, or a casual course. Usui and the team really know how to provide great hospitality and we really enjoyed our stay.
