The Farmhouses La Principessa (independent house with 4 bedrooms) is located a few kilometers from Lucca, on the Hill of Montecarlo, an ancient, medieval hamlet sourrounded by olive trees and vineyards. Both houses come from the restauration of a rural, tuscan farm, a plae where you can discover the unique life and architectural style of Tuscany, perfectly blended to all modern comforts. Sourrounded by the countryside, both residences have a well-equipped kitchen (with fires and electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, electric boiler, american coffe machine, italian moka coffe machine and microwave), relax area, TV, wi-fi, ari conditionning and double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The gardens all around are independent and equipped with sunchairs, tables, chairs and barbecue. The sweimming pool is located a few meters from the houses and the access is only allowed to our guests, who can enjoy the panoramic pool using sunumbrella, sunchairs and sunbeds dedicated and sanitized in respect of security and distances roules.
