The altitude of 300 metres and the proximity to the sea make it a place with an ideal climate.All around the house are woods and olive groves and absolute peace. The small village of Montemagno is 1 km away and can be reached on foot in a few minutes. In Montemagno there are two excellent restaurants a bar and a minimarket.
