'We had a lovely stay at this resort. Best is to have a car to get here. The hotel was very beautiful and lots of greenery. Breakfast was awesome with lots of local cuisine to try. The service was impeccable and of a high standard. The room was large and enough for 3 of us including our teenage child. Everyone was kind and nice. The nature specialist Harish gave us a wonderful talk on kodava people (local folks) and about elephants. He was very knowledgeable and we did this over a bonfire which was lovely. The pool should be warmer during the cooler weather in the evenings especially if temperature control is available. The check in staff were nice but they tried to upsell an upgraded room when we didn’t really need one. We have stayed at countless Mariott properties worldwide and this was the first time someone tried to sell us an upgraded room which I felt was wrong considering that we fit comfortably in our booked room. If u want to upgrade u should provide it as complimentary otherwise don’t try to see something on false pretext as they said we may not be comfortable in our existing booking. Also the bed sheets need to be cleaned better as there were lots of stains. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Apart from this the stay was wonderful and we had a great time. Thanks to all the staff from check in to the buggy drivers to the valet drivers to the breakfast staff. The housekeeping also had a special welcome treat and welcome design in our room. And so kind of the restaurant staff to provide a goodbye cake.'

'Resort was far better than seen in the pictures. Excellent experience. Great location. Peaceful atmosphere, amidst nature. Spacious rooms. Wide selection of breakfast with great service. Staff member from baking section Ms Paulami was very courteous, helpful and friendly. All staff were nice and services were great. Checkin and checkout was smooth.'

'The property was quite big with multiple activities that kept my kid busy and happy. The rooms were spacious enough and clean. The disappointing factor was the food! There are no nearby restaurants so we're forced to have all the meals at the in-resort restaurant. We tried many dishes over the course of 2days and every single dish managed to be below average. Even a roadside darshini serves better food. Additionally, the prices are exorbitant. 450Rs for a normal sugary milkshake! The service was bad when we were there due to many trainees serving there. Overall, the food brought down the ratings. '
