호텔은 최적의 위치에 있으며, 관광 명소까지 걸어서 쉽게 갈 수 있습니다. 호텔의 장식 스타일은 우아하고 세련되었습니다. 호텔 객실은 잘 갖춰져 있으며 휴가를 보내기에 매우 적합합니다. 호텔에서는 체크인 시 무료로 간식을 제공하는데, 매우 세심한 배려가 느껴집니다. 호텔의 조식 뷔페는 다양하고 고품질의 메뉴로 구성되어 있으며, 매일 새로운 메뉴로 바뀌어 매번 방문하는 고객에게 신선함을 선사합니다. 전반적으로 훌륭한 리조트 호텔이며 추천할 만한 곳입니다!

We really enjoyed our stay at Ensana Nové Lázně and overall had a very positive experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and has a lot of historic charm. We especially enjoyed the spa area, with the old Roman Baths being a real highlight and a very special feature of the hotel. The only downside was that we found the water in the pools quite cold. It would have been much more relaxing if the water temperature had been a little warmer. Our room was very nice, comfortable and, most importantly, very quiet, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was good, with a rich and varied selection. One aspect we found a little disappointing was the seating arrangement. Guests were assigned a table rather than being able to choose where to sit. When we asked whether we could sit at a quieter table towards the side instead of right in the middle of the room, this unfortunately led to quite a discussion before we were eventually allowed to move. A little more flexibility in this regard would make the breakfast experience more pleasant. Overall, we had a lovely stay and really liked the hotel. The beautiful historic setting, the Roman Baths and our quiet and comfortable room were particular highlights. With a few small improvements, especially regarding the water temperature and flexibility at breakfast, the experience could be even better.

We were very surprised upon arrival. Despite the hotel description suggesting a 24-hour reception, there was no 24/7 front desk at Hotel Elefant. We had to go to another hotel for check-in, check-out and even breakfast, which was not clearly disclosed in the listing. This was inconvenient and felt misleading. Another issue was the Wi-Fi: there was no password or QR code available in the room, and because there was no reception on-site, we couldn’t get the details. As a result, we were unable to use the Wi-Fi during our stay. In addition, some of the photos in the listing gave us the impression of a different view/setting. Once we arrived, it seemed that the actual hotel does not match some of the photos shown, which affected our expectations. The location is good, but transparency is essential. Please clearly state the reception situation, where guests must go for check-in/out and breakfast, provide Wi-Fi details in the room, and ensure the photos accurately represent the property

Einfach wunderschön ein Traum großes Zimmer vom feinsten und ein wunderbares reichhaltiges Frühstück und sehr nettes Personal vom Frühstück bis zur Rezeption einfach nur zum Wohlfühlen und mehrmals etwas klein aber dennoch das Schwimmbad benutzt da kann man relaxen und es sich gut gehen lassen wir kommen garantiert wieder.

Es war wieder super, man kann das Auto auf dem großen Parkplatz parken für 50 Kronen pro Tag oder direkt beim Hotel kostet etwas mehr. Auto kann man stehen lassen zur Stadt fährt direkt ein Bus hin kostet nur 18 Kronen pro Person.

영화 ”라스트 홀리데이” 때문에 이곳을 찾았습니다. 우아한 분위기와 고풍스러운 엘리베이터까지, 호텔 자체도 영화만큼이나 매력적이었습니다. 근처에 있는 모저 크리스털 공장도 추천합니다. 정교한 장인 정신으로 유명한 곳이라 꼭 방문해 볼 만한 곳입니다.

호텔은 언덕 꼭대기에 위치하여 수하물을 가지고 여행하는 사람들에게 그리 편리하지 않습니다. 호텔 내에는 3개의 건물이 있으며 그 중 2개는 연결되어 있습니다. 2호관에는 실내 수영장, 사우나, 자쿠지가 있습니다. 내 방은 3번 건물에 있고 새로 개조된 것 같습니다. 나무 숲과 다음 성 건물이 보이는 싱글룸을 위한 넓은 공간. 화장실과 샤워실이 분리되어 있습니다. 바디 앤 헤어 샴푸는 1개만 제공됩니다. 그러나 방음이 그렇게 좋지 않아 밤에 둥지 방에서 말하고 웃는 소리가 선명하게 들릴 수 있습니다. 프론트 데스크 신사는 매우 친절하고 세심하며 서비스에 대해 높이 평가됩니다. 아침 식사는 평균이며 휴일에는 혼잡 할 수 있습니다.

여기에 머무르는 것은 절대적으로 놀라운 경험이었습니다. 호텔은 다양한 레스토랑과 카페가 있는 관광 지역의 매우 중심에 위치하고 있습니다. 인테리어와 방은 충격적이었습니다. 체크인 및 체크 아웃이 불편한 경우 제한된 시간 슬롯이 있지만 낮에 도착하고 떠났으므로 문제가되지 않았습니다. 아침 식사도 매우 맛있었지만 서비스가 약간 일관되지 않았습니다(메뉴는 첫날에 제공되었지만 둘째 날에는 제공되지 않았고 선택이 제한적이었습니다). 전반적으로, 우리는 매우 좋은 시간을 보냈고 다시 여기에 머물고 싶습니다.

아주 좋음. 오후 2시가 아니라 오전 11시에 체크인할 수 있었습니다. 방은 작았지만 혼자 여행하는 사람에게는 완벽했습니다. 스파 시설이 많고, 직원들이 친절하며, 여러 언어를 구사합니다. 아침 식사가 훌륭했습니다(수박은 제외하고, 처음에는 비어 있었지만 서비스 중에 다시 채워주지 않았습니다) 다양한 차를 선택할 수 있는 티룸이 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 다음에 카를로비바리를 방문할 때도 꼭 다시 머물고 싶습니다.
