'Great, clean hotel with a great bed, AC, and service. The only issues I had were a lack of hot water in the shower during the early morning hours and no vegetarian options on the menu.'

'Novotel Palembang is easily one of the best 5-star hotels in Palembang! Its prime central location makes it a perfect base for exploring the city, with easy access to attractions and business districts. The spacious rooms are modern and comfortable, ensuring a relaxing stay. Food lovers will be delighted—the dining options here are delicious, offering a mix of local and international flavors. While the price point is slightly on the higher side, the quality of service, amenities, and overall experience makes it worth every penny. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely choose Novotel again on my next trip to Palembang!

'Centrally located in Palembang, close to major attractions like the Ampera Bridge and the Palembang Trade Center. It's also convenient for those visiting for business.'

'Had a great stay at this 4 stars property. The facilities are top notch; The gym, sauna, pool, and spa were all well maintained and a highlight of the trip. The rooms are spacious and very clean, and the staff truly stands out for being friendly and attentive. My only major concern was the bedding. The king size bed, was actually two single beds pushed together. This made the middle of the bed quite hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. Aside from the bed setup, everything else was perfect.'

'The hotel is in the mall complex. So you can get your things easier. The traffic near the hotel is okay but when the big rain downpour, you better not go anywhere. Because the road will get flooded. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and a hot tub. Kids will love it. I didn’t get any breakfast, but they’re breakfast was good enough.'

'I stayed in this hotel because of seeing many reviews admire its breakfast very good and it is true even though I could not find my favorite food of lupis and lontong sayur, he he...'

'Big rooms but amenities are limited dand quite disappointing. No hand soap, no hair dryer. Breakfast was quite spartan although it's sufficient. Clean nevertheles and hardware are generally still goof.. Looks like the hotel has seen better days in the past. Can do better in terms of software offerrings.'

'Pleasant stay here. Staff friendly and helpful. A nice hotel labelled bag for hand carry. Love the toothbrush set. Wide nice breakfast spread. A worthy hotel to stay in Palembang'
