독서 무료 와이파이 호텔 예약

The hotel is located at the center of Reading, with convenient transportation and nearby restaurants. I recommend anyone traveling to Reading to choose it. The service is pretty good and staffs respond to my every request!

The Holiday with my spouse was fantastic and relaxing. The hotel has everything including Spa, Gym and Swimming in a very good location and it's very neat. The only problem I had was that the room I was allocated didn't have window which is the only fault and disappointment other than that the hotel is best and biggest i have ever been. Lest I forget, the room was extremely massive with lounge and two big TV's and I love it. Definitely going back and would recommend 👌.

Booked a king size room for a couple of nights while visiting the area. The hotel is well situated for easy access to Reading, Oxford and beyond. The room was spacious, comfortable, well- equipped and very clean. It was cleaned every day with fresh towels and chocolates provided daily! Staff were exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was great - plenty of choice and hot breakfast options. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay here for a wedding 15 minutes drive away. The staff were very helpful and accommodating at all times. The only comment I would like to raise is that we were given room 9 which was described as an accessible room (which we didn’t need) but it was completely inappropriate as accessible as the shower ( which was in the bath) would have been completely unsuitable for a wheelchair user, or someone else with difficulty moving who wouldn’t have been able to climb into the bath to use it. Breakfast was excellent.

Second night here on the same work trip, and it was just as good. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, with a large bed, crisp white bedding and a smart padded headboard. The desk was ideal for catching up on work in the evening, with good lighting and a nice modern lamp.

After requesting a quiet room due to having our 11 month old with us we were placed directly above the function suite for a wedding and while testing the sound system the floor below are feet curated and the noise was crazy. The moved us rooms out of the original Manor House we requested and into the furthest room possible from all amenities on offer smaller than our original room, 3rd floor and no lift with a baby in a pram and lots of luggage. The room was also unbearably hot and a crazy sensor/light in the bathroom kept our son (and them us) all night. Not sure if recommended staying here. .

Room was clean and tidy, beds were comfy and overall hotel had a good feel. Breakfast was a let down as the full English was barely edible, the coffee was horrible and the waitress was unfriendly. But we laughed it off. The second morning we just had the continental breakfast which was okay. Evening bar staff were polite enough but apparently they can only serve soft drinks by the large/pint glass even though it's out of a tap. These were rather heavy when we had elderly people in our group. The gentleman on reception was lovely and very helpful.

only problem is no lift as carrying two luggage to room, a bit exhausted friendly staff

It was our first time booking here, and we didn't expect much for the price. Despite bad reviews, our experience was pleasant. The reception staff were polite, and the room was fine. We could hear footsteps from upstairs, and the wall was a bit damaged, likely due to refurbishing, but it didn’t bother us. Overall, everything was good, and we might return once it's fully refurbished. Thanks!
