'The room was great, spacious and air conditioned, and the shower was excellent too (hot water always on demand immediately). The provided breakfast buffet was quite nice too, if a little lacking in options. There weren't that many other facilities provided, but the staff were all pleasant and polite and the location is excellent, right next to dolphin centre, only a short walk away. No complaints.'

'Our stay at Harbour Heights was extremely enjoyable! . From the greeting we received from the reception staff on our arrival to the equally warm farewell when we left. Our  room was very comfortable & larger than your typical standard room. The bathroom well presented, the bed very comfortable bed and all other facilities in the room perfect (I was very impressed to find an iron and ironing board). We were very impressed by the breakfast and found the restaurant manager very lovely and helpful. He kept a very tight ship, ensured that everything was replenished the moment it ran out and the staff who worked with him were equally pleasant and very helpful. Pre-dinner drinks and dinner on the terrace was terrific, and what a view! The hotel as in great condition, everything looked newly updated, corridor carpets very clean, wall tiles, bathroom fittings etc., of good quality ., The hôtel was very clean and modern, whilst still retaining its original character. This was our first visit to Harbour Heights but will certainly not be our last. A most wonderful location for a short break,! '

'Looking for a place to spend the night while visiting a friend. Room space is up to standard and the hygiene is at par. One hiccup is during check-in, the hotel system indicated that I need to settle payment upon arrival, but in fact I have already paid up in advance. The front desk (sorry I have not asked his name) was helpful enough to sort out the problem and settled it in 5 minutes time.'

'Always a lovely experience, great location, fantastic food and superb friendly staff.'

'Quiet friendly service, comfortable clean room, good food and ample easy parking.'

'Great location with ample parking on site. Nice indoor and outdoor pools with access to beach and right next to chain ferry. Breakfast service was pretty abysmal. Coffee machines constantly out of service and poor breakfast selection not adequately replenished and mostly cold.'

'We enjoy the stay ,The only downside is when open the door to balcony lots of insects come in the room fly, mosquitoes. There no sound proofing can hear when people talking the other room..'
