This was our second visit to this hotel, we have unfortunately had the same experience twice. The hotel itself is lovely with great facilities. Rooms are lovely, Beds are huge and extremely comfy. Fluffy, luxury towels. The Pool area and pool are lovely, feel like you are abroad on a hot day. Although it is a fight for a Sun lounger. However it’s completely let down by the staff. The bar staffs attitude was appalling, it was an inconvenience for them to get our drinks each time. We had a Roast dinner at Old Harry Rocks - staff were much better in there and v accommodating, although I do believe this this a separate company to the hotel and it shows. Beef was tough in parts but still nice. Pork was lovely. On booking, breakfast is charged at £22 at but in the hotel it’s £15 so don’t fall into that trap. The staff had no idea what they were doing. They first couldn’t get our drinks order right, then they messed up our simple breakfast order. Some of us nearly finishing our breakfast before others even got their meal. The breakfast itself was very small, we were also only given half a mushroom?? For £22/£15 I would at least expect to have a whole Mushroom… They then didn’t know how to use the card machine..  Before we left we used the Spa, small but nice. Sauna was closed & pool was freezing. Hot Tub also wasn’t very warm.  Overall it was not a great experience, we will not be returning. To pay £260 minimum for a room for extremely poor service is criminal.

장소는 페인트 한 기로 할 수 있었고 내 방이 어느 날이 아니라 청소 / 보충 된 것이 이상하다는 것을 알았지 만 직원들은 친절하고 요청에 기꺼이 참석했습니다. 방은 며칠 밤 동안 편안했고 호텔은 높은 거리와 해변가에서 도보로 가까운 거리에 있습니다.

We had a wonderful stay with my boyfriend. The hotel was beautiful, spotless, and had such a calm, relaxing atmosphere – perfect for a romantic break. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the location was ideal, just a short walk to everything we needed. From the lovely room to the delicious breakfast, everything made our stay feel really special. We’d definitely love to come back!

The hotel is located very far to a very beautiful beach. In the evening there was a live music in the hotel bar. However, the hotel is quite outdated. What’s more, we asked for a quiet room but they gave us a room with a noise outside due to utility rooms that were located next to our room, so we asked for a change of the room. But they gave us a room at the ground floor, so we couldn’t open window because there were no grids on the windows

Nice location by slightly dated, really bugs me that hotels attract custom by putting a headline rate only to charge an additional amount when you get there for parking. Trouble is that this seems to be coming the norm

Booked this hotel as I stayed before in some Ibis hotels. When came to check in the person from reception asked us to wait until he checks the room.( it was around 4pm)? I assume room was meant to be checked before. Took him about 10 minutes or so. Took the keys room was nice, comfy, minimalistic If i can say so.(i would have a mini fridge). In about 20 minutes while we weregeting ready to go out AC stared to lick quite badly. When went downstairs told the same person at the reception he only nodded ( I mentioned as its for the interest of the hotel as everything is geting wet, floor, wall). After we came back, enetered the room was quite hot as the AC was off. Couldn't turn on, tried to contact reception through the WhatsApp number that is offered in the room ( saying phones are such a 1980's), no one answered after about half an hour tried to call the same number, again no answer. Tried to call the hotel, went through the AI. Went downstairs in the end to ask how to turn on the AC. Person at the reception said it is off from them and he can turn it on for me, which he did. After about 1 hour i had to go downstairs back to ask to turn it off as the water dripping was getting on my nerves and the AC could not be turned down either from the room. At least I was given a fan that helped to solve the issue, and I was told to complain in the morning if I need. Another thing I want to mention is that therr is no ice in the hotel, as when i went downstairs and asked for it been told they dont have any, neither fridge is available in the room. So my fathers treat away was unfortunately ruined by the hospitality of the hotel. At least weather was good.

사랑스러운 경험! 나는 여기서 하룻밤을 머물렀다. 직원들은 너무 친절했습니다. 나는 Patrick Swayze 방을 얻었습니다 - 그것에 매우 만족합니다. 호텔은 분명히 업그레이드되었습니다. 계단은 아름다웠습니다. 내 방 자체는 약간 낡았지만, 개선 작업이 진행 중이라는 것을 이해합니다. 하지만 침대는 매우 편안했고 가격도 매우 합리적이었습니다. 꼭 다시 예약하겠습니다! Gregg Wallace나 Judi Dench와 같은 몇몇 영국 유명 인사가 등장하는 것을 보는 것도 좋을 것입니다. 내 방으로 가보니 대부분 미국 배우들이었고 국내에서 성장한 배우들은 한 명도 보이지 않았습니다. 나는 꼭 다시 여기에 머물 것이다.

Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very approachable, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also a plus, being close to the beach and convenient for getting around. We enjoyed the amenities provided, which added to the overall experience. While the hotel isn’t perfect and there are a few areas that could be improved, it definitely offers good value for money. Overall, we had a nice stay and felt that it was worth what we paid for.

나는이 호텔에서 환상적인 경험을했습니다. 위치는 완벽합니다. 대중 교통 및 지역 명소에 쉽게 접근 할 수있어 필요한 모든 것에 가깝습니다. 방은 흠이 없었고 호텔 전체가 매우 잘 관리되어있어 숙박이 더욱 편안했습니다. 정말 눈에 띄는 것은 직원이었습니다. 내가 만난 모든 사람들은 믿을 수 없을 정도로 친절하고 환영하며 도움이 되었습니다. 그들은 내가 필요한 모든 것을 갖추었는지 확인하기 위해 나섰습니다. 매우 추천하고 확실히 다시 머물 것입니다!

Big room and accessible bathroom there is a very retro lovely charm here which is like of timeless but not in a bad way . The Internet was very good as were the facilities in the room . The only thing I would say was the bar soft drink was relatively expensive but it was just that you tasteless like it had been watered down too much
