Our apartment is on the ground floor of a pretty and small residence of 8 apartments on 1 floor. It is located opposite the beach of the gall pine which is reached on foot in a few minutes and whose access is at the end of the garden.It is an ideal location for a holiday by the sea without having to take the car. It is a 40m2 T2 facing south, quiet and housed in greenery. It is very well equipped and constituted:1. a quiet room with a large window overlooking the undergrowth. It contains two single beds (80x190) that can be brought together to form a double bed. It is located in the north and therefore remains cool even during the summer heat waves.2. A bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a washing machine and a window.3. a separate toilet with window,4. a fully equipped American kitchen,5. a living room with sofa bed 2 places (140x190) overlooking a garden terrace of 70 m2 very pleasant to spend pleasant evenings barbecue under the shade of trees. The terrace is equipped with a large table under an arbor where it is possible to have lunch for 10 people and a barbecue.
