I travelled to Sarajevo with my two sisters. However, the apartment was extremely spacious and big enough for a large family. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of TV's, there were sufficient facilities that we could make our own breakfast in the mornings. The location was around a 15 minute walk from old town, this was close enough - we could walk there and the neighborhood was nice and quiet, there were also nice places to eat close by as well as a small grocery shop we could buy a few bits from. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the comfortable apartment played a role in this.

Идеальное расположение в самом центре старого города. Номер просторный, в целом чистый. Полотенца менялись каждый день. Есть огрехи по чистоте в углах и неочевидных местах (например фен очень пыльный). В моем номере в ванной все для высоких, высоко установлены крючки, зеркало, полочка для полотенец. Это просто подмечалово, кому-то не так ощутимо будет. Завтрак шведский стол с несколькими видами яиц, выпечкой, нарезки и свежие овощи. Персонал очень приветливый и доброжелательный. В целом, отель небольшой, уютный. Так как расположен в самом центре, то может быть немного шумно от рядом расположенных кафе. Но это в любом центре так.

I liked the hotel. It is quite cheap and housed in beautiful building. No lifts, and you might have to climb to the second floor (friendly staff helped with the luggage). Hotel parking too small, an alternative - easily accessible, but way overpriced public parking, probably the most expensive in Sarajevo. Cannot recommend hotel if you travel by car

Stayed here for one night before an early morning flight and had a really lovely stay. I honestly didn’t realize until I arrived that Hotel Baškuća had been featured in TIME’s World’s Greatest Places 2025 and National Geographic Traveller’s European Cities Collection 2025; such a nice surprise and very well deserved. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk to Baščaršija (the old bazaar), which made it very convenient for exploring Sarajevo even with a short stay. The room was very cozy, clean, and comfortable, and the amenities were all thoughtfully prepared. Everything felt well-kept and welcoming. I had to leave very early for my flight, so unfortunately I didn’t get to try the breakfast, but I heard from others that it’s excellent. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I’d happily recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sarajevo especially if you want somewhere comfortable, charming, and well located.

위치 우수 크고 완벽한 객실 전망이 좋은 큰 창문 객실은 카펫으로 덮여 있습니다. 침대 시트가 깨끗함 수건은 안 써봐서 뭐라 할 수가 없네요 일일 청소가 완료되었습니다. 모든 것이 당신 주위에 있습니다 가장 좋은 점은 옆에 큰 쇼핑몰이 있고 구시가지까지 바로 이동할 수 있는 트램도 있다는 것입니다. 수영장과 스파가 훌륭해요 나의 유일한 관심사는 아침 식사 시간과 고객에게 제공되는 서비스입니다. 서비스는 0입니다. 개선이 필요하며 직원은 잘 훈련되고 고객 서비스가 무엇인지 이해해야 합니다. 그렇지 않으면 그곳이 될 곳입니다.

위치는 정말 좋고 방도 괜찮았지만, 관리가 좀 필요해 보였습니다. 선풍기, 헤어드라이어, 에어컨, 변기 시트, 문 손잡이, 창문이 고장 나 있었습니다. 침대는 편안했지만, 얇은 싱글 매트리스 두 개를 붙여 놓아서 틈 사이로 자꾸 떨어졌습니다. 아래층 식당에서 밤 11시까지 음악을 틀어서 소리가 들렸고, 창문을 닫았는데도 담배 냄새가 방 안에서 났습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다.

아코르 호텔은 저를 실망시킨 적이 없습니다. 호텔은 도시의 서쪽에 위치하고 있으며, 아래층에는 주유소가 있고 맞은편에는 대형 슈퍼마켓과 레저 쇼핑센터가 있습니다. 호텔의 아침 식사는 매우 만족스럽고, 수영장이 갖춰져 있어 어린이를 동반한 투숙객에게 매우 적합합니다.

Incredible hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. Nice and large rooms with an incredible view of the forest, a very unique experience. Would like to extend a thanks to Sanin for making the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and Mladen for serving us in the three times (!!!) we used the downstairs restaurant which had probably the best pizza I've ever had. I never use the restaurant in the hotel but this was seriously exceptional and had plenty of options. I ended up ordering Pizza Trebevic twice on two separate days. The breakfast options were good too. Special thanks also to Mellisa at the front desk who let us check out late because our flight was late in the evening and greeted us with nothing but kindness, and booked us taxis as we needed. The only problem you might have with the hotel is that the location is high up in the mountains. Cab drivers probably won't be very pleased to take you up easily and you will feel guilty that they drove so far for you. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere but the hikes around the area make it worth it. On the map it looks like it is not far from the main town but it is really far compared to other options. Go to this hotel if you intend to hike often but just bear in mind that you are high up in the mountains, far away from the old town center

방은 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있습니다. 위치가 정말 좋아요. 도시 중심에 바로 위치해 있습니다. 밖에는 야채시장과 슈퍼마켓이 많이 있습니다. 직접 음식을 요리할 수 있습니다. 다양한 교통수단이 매우 가깝습니다. 모든 명소는 도보로 갈 수 있는 거리에 있습니다.

소련 시대에 지어진 호텔로 고풍스러운 매력을 지니고 있으며 새롭게 단장할 가치가 있습니다. 그 이후에는 이 빈티지한 '냉전 스타일' 분위기를 잃을 위험이 있습니다. 내 방은 넓었지만 단열이 별로 중요하지 않던 시대에 지어졌기 때문에 조금 시끄러웠다. 트립닷컴을 통한 예약은 오늘 목록에는 없었지만 5분만에 예약이 완료되었습니다. 호텔 주변은 버려져 있지만 주차하기 쉽습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 평범하며 직원은 자동 조종됩니다. 그러나 1박당 €35로 그만한 가치가 있는 경험을 했습니다.
