'The hotel is Very clean and looks like newly renovated.  The room is not big but has a spacious bathroom with double shower heads.  The bed is also spacious and very comfy.  We also loved the breakfast provided, which offers a variety of options.  Overall we enjoyed the stay and would recommend staying at the lane retreat.'

'Our stay at Spicers Vineyard Estate in the Hunter Valley was truly exceptional! The property is set amidst beautiful vineyards, offering a serene and picturesque atmosphere perfect for a relaxing getaway. The rooms were spacious and elegantly appointed, with every detail considered for comfort and luxury. We dined at éRemo Restaurant, the sister restaurant of Spicers Guesthouse, and it was a culinary delight. Every course was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor—the Binnie Beef Hunter Valley Wagyu was a standout! The accompanying Thomas wine was superb and perfectly paired with the meal. We also enjoyed a morning walk along the valley’s scenic trail and were greeted with the sight of hot air balloons floating over the hills—a mesmerizing experience. The entire stay was seamless, the staff were attentive, and the setting couldn’t have been more perfect. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the Hunter Valley in style!'

'Clean and spacious rooms wit parking lot in front of the unit. Bed was very comfortable. Basic tea and coffee amenities and some shortbread. Location is within minutes of HV Gardens and everywhere else was easily accessible by car of course. Key return via the return box which was very convenient. Pub opens till 9pm for drinks. Check in at Mercure 1km down the road and that has a pool table and bar as well.'

'Friendly staff, cozy hotel room with needy amenities. The restaurant is pretty good. Strong recommendation 👍'

'Great location with easy check in and out process, especially easy with biometric door access. Clean room with wine glasses, decent size fridge. Will book again'

'We were pleasantly surprised by Villa Provence, couldn’t be happier with the location, charm and cleanliness of the place. I would definitely return. Communication via text message was very clear in regards to key collection. It has beautiful gardens and facilities, photos don’t do the place justice!!'

'Good location, close to vineyards, restaurants and next to the Hunter Valley Garden. Has onsite restaurant and bar & bistro too. Need a 2nd coffee machine as 1 is not really enough during breakfast peak hour. Staff is pretty friendly.'
