It’s a lot but it’s going to explain most of what you want to know :)The Cozy Cottage is super clean with everything you’d need for a great stay. Relax and enjoy this newly remodeled home with brand new, pretty much everything. The house is less than 90 seconds from the Fairfield Bay Marina entrance, closest to the marina in the entire bay! Not the “geographically close” but a 15+ minute drive, this is “close” with a 90 second drive which means a lot when you forget something and have to go back to get something before you boat, hike, etc. Location is important because driving a mile can actually take a long time on winding roads. Easy to find, great location. Lots of extras so if you forgot to pack something, we likely have extras so you can avoid an unnecessary trip to the store and enjoy your precious time to the max. We will always have plenty of paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper, dish washing and laundry detergent etc so then you hopefully don’t need to make an extra run to the store. We have a binder under the TV with pamphlets and information on restaurants, hikes and attractions such as a natural land bridge, petroglyphs, caves, waterfalls, ATV trails and of course the 44,000 acre lake. We are available and happy to advise 24x7 as well. It's a location that is very easy to find, yet still has privacy even though it’s close to the action and amenities. You can also detox from electronics with a variety of board and card games as well books for both kids and adults. Safety supplies like fire extinguishers, smoke and carbon monoxide detectors throughout (some hardwired for safety so there are no batteries to go bad).
