We understand that you were not satisfied with the room that you had originally availed. In such a scenario, our team members offered you an upgrade to a private room or alternative room for an additional fee; regrettably, you declined us, and we respect your decision. Had we known about the latter issues, we would have been available to assist you at any time. As per our policy, we do not allow cutting short of stay. Last and most importantly, Mad Monkey strives to provide the best interaction possible for our guests; we do not tolerate prejudice and discrimination among all.
