호텔에서는 따뜻한 음식이 포함된 풍성한 아침 식사를 제공합니다. 호텔은 바다 바로 옆에 있고, 매우 아름답고 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 호텔 수영장은 정말 아름다워요. 서비스도 매우 좋았습니다. 특히 문 앞에서 내 짐을 잡아주시던 중년 삼촌이요. 그는 서비스 제공에 매우 열정적이었습니다. 그는 택시를 부르는 데 도움을 주었고 운전사에게 위치와 가격을 반복해서 확인해 주었습니다. 이곳은 튀니지에서 가장 만족스러운 호텔입니다.

This is not a 5* hotel standard. The location and the beach make up for the bad services of the staff.

We stayed as a group of 14 people across 6 rooms, so we experienced many aspects of this hotel. Unfortunately, while the hotel looks stunning from the outside, the overall experience was disappointing and nowhere near what you would expect from a 5-star property. In terms of service, it felt closer to a 3-star hotel. From the moment we arrived, the experience was underwhelming. We were charged for basic cold water and lemonade on arrival, which are complimentary at many hotels of this standard. Room service was extremely slow. Even simple requests such as sugar or coffee regularly took over an hour to arrive. There was no iron or ironing board in the rooms, and requesting one meant waiting several hours, only to be allowed to use it for 20 minutes before it had to be returned. Breakfast was average with limited variety, particularly for adults. The highlight was the freshly made omelettes, which were excellent. However, the dining experience was let down by tables that were not cleaned promptly and a lack of cutlery. If you needed additional cutlery, you often had to ask a waiter. It also appeared that service was noticeably better for guests who were giving tips, which created an uncomfortable feeling of unequal treatment. The swimming pool itself is beautiful, but even there the experience was frustrating. Many of the best sunbeds seemed to be effectively reserved for guests who tipped the staff. One of our rooms had a blocked toilet, and although it was reported, it should never have been an issue in a hotel claiming to be 5-star. The lighting throughout all the rooms was very dim, making them feel dark and rather claustrophobic after sunset. The bathrooms were outdated and poorly designed, and there was no hair conditioner provided, which is surprising for a hotel with swimming pools where guests frequently need it. The one area that truly stood out was the spa. We enjoyed the hammam followed by a full body massage, and it was easily the best part of our stay. I would especially like to thank Miss Huda, whose professionalism and excellent massage made for a genuinely relaxing experience. Overall, this hotel has the appearance of a luxury resort, but the service, facilities, and attention to detail fall well below the standard expected of a 5-star hotel. There is significant room for improvement before it can justify its rating.

I really had the worst experience in my life at that hotel , start from the delay on the check in as the system was down and I had to wait for 1 hour and half , then room condition was terrible and I had to change to new room , then bad attitude from the security stuff asking to provide additional information about my wife while I have submitted all the details during the check in and he went up to my room and was screaming while he’s knocking the door .. I will never come back to that hotel. But I have to highlight that Ms Lamia the director of the housekeeping is so helpful and tried her best to make my stay better.

One of the better hotels in sousse, despite it being average. Staff tried to advise that we used the mini bar. Note there wasn’t a mini bar in the room.

Great beachfront hotel with clean rooms, friendly staff, tasty breakfast, and relaxing pool views. Highly recommended!

Not even close to being a five star facility. No AC in 26 degree heat is shameful when you advertise that AC is available. The solution? "Open the window". Sure, if there weren't a busy road outside and a very lively nightclub. Manager didn't think "it would make sense" to change the room to one facing the sea as a compromise. Generally speaking, not even one aspect of this hotel is deserving even a three star rating, but then again it's cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

Booked a Queen bed room but hotel gave me two single bed room. Hotel promised to change room by tomorrow. After I changed the room, found out it wad same two single room. They only put two single together and put queen size bed sheet to cover two bed. Then they said it is Queen bed room. Service is too bad.
