The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was very convenient. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely stay here again.

1. While we are waiting our ride back home the lobby of the hotel has little to no ventilation, no air conditioning, and very ”stuffy”
2. While we requested for a place to store our baggage on the day of checkout so we could visit some location they have requested us to place the bag at an open area with cctv only but not a secured space, and no tag of baggage exchange to ensure we collected the correct baggage.
3. Toilet lighting is very dim and cleanliness so so
4. The entire hotel are 8th floor high and to cater for so many guests they only have 1 lift, and it is always occupied
5. Room's slipper are used instead of newly provided

The room was spacious. Free parking. We got breakfast and it was delicious & halal. I want to buy coffee at reception but can't as they didn't accept cash. The staff at reception can speak English well so it's easy to communicate. Location not that far from town, just nice. Near the restaurant and shop.
