핫야이 조식 맛있는 호텔 예약

I checked out from the hotel some time after 8am, and upon inspection of the room, their housekeeper and front desk accused us of stealing their one of pool towels. On the first day of our stay, they had indeed provided 2 pool towels, which we had used and had been taken by their housekeeper during housekeeping. However, they only provided 1 pool towel yesterday, but we did not request any extra since only one of our members went swimming. In the end, they charged us 350 baht for stealing/losing their pool towel, even though they did not provide the complete set of 2 in the first place. Before I checked out, I also witnessed the group in front of me who were also accused of stealing their towel, which they were charged 100 baht. The group insisted that they had even brought their own towels and never used the hotel’s, but were nevertheless forced to pay the compensation fee even because we had no proof that the housekeeping did not provide the complete set in the first place. I strongly suspect that we were being scammed by the hotel staff on this, because this is a relatively decent and nicer hotel, and proper guests were staying here. There’s absolutely no reason for any of us to be stealing their towels. If I couldn’t even afford a towel, I would not be staying here at all. And if it had only been us falling victim to this, my suspicions would not have been this strong but it is too much of a coincidence for both groups to be accused of stealing their towels. On an additional note, they were not even able to provide a complete set of towels for us 4pax when we called to request, because there weren’t enough to go around (according to them). They could’ve also easily use this against us and accuse us of stealing the bath towels too, and we would not have been able to prove ourselves either. My only mistake was not requesting a receipt for the compensation fee that I had to pay, but I don’t think it would’ve made much of a difference. I have lodged an official complaint anyway via Trip to hopefully prevent future incidents. Just want to put this out here to warn others who are considering staying here in the future. Avoid if you don’t want to ruin a nice hotel experience by leaving with a sour taste in your mouth. Truly a shame that the level of service and integrity of the staffs did not live up to the standards of the hotel.

Stayed one night before back to Malaysia. Stop just for the food hunting around the town. Hotel is strategically at tourist area. Near the hotel is ayyuthaya noddle restaurant. 10 mins to central festival hatyai and 3 mins walking to lee garden market area. I love this hotel because it provide parking at the basement. This is third time stay here.

꼬리뻬 들어가기위해 핫야이에서 하루 지내야해서 선택한 호텔입니다 핫야이 공항에서 걸어서 20분 차타고 3분 거리에 위치합니다 저희는 걸어갔는데 밤에 혼자나 여성분들은 무서울수도 있어요 가는길에 가로등만 띄엄띄엄 있고 아무것도 없어요 근처 1분거리에 7일레븐 큰거 있어요 맞은편에 아마존카페 큰게 있는데 밤이라 문닫았네요 직원분들이 그닥 친절하지는 않네요 굉장히 사무적인 느낌? 룸컨디션은 꽤나 좋습니다 생긴지 얼마 안된것 같아요~ 따뜻한물 잘나오고 시트침대 깨끗하고 에어컨 빵빵 티비는 스마트티비입니다 하룻밤 자고 가기엔 좋은 선택인것 같습니다 핫야이 시내까지 20여분 차타고 들어가야하니 팍바라선착장 가실분들 특히 공항 픽업인 분들은 오전 9시 10분 이니 이호텔이 좋은것 같아요~ 저희는 밴+보트 예약시 픽업장소를 공항으로 해서 아침에 그랩타고 갔는데 요청사항에 호텔 픽업 요청하심 데리러도 오더라구요 참고하세요~

Very clean and neat , check in and out was smooth as well , carpark just right opposite, location quite inside need car to transport then convenient.

이 호텔을 좋아해요. 매우 넓습니다. 나는 높은 층에 있어서 꼭대기에서 마을 풍경을 볼 수 있어요. 호텔은 리 가든 야시장과 가깝습니다. 거기까지 도보로 단 5분 거리입니다. 단점은 바퀴벌레가 방에서 돌아다니는 것을 봤다는 것입니다.

방은 깨끗하고 에어컨은 시원하지만 TV, 주전자에 문제가있어 사용할 수 없습니다.
