리리뷰어오션 시티 해변에서 가족과 함께 머물기에 좋은 곳입니다. 이 호텔은 산책로의 더 조용한 구역에 있습니다. 어린이를 위한 훌륭한 편의 시설과 활동이 있습니다. 아이들은 레스토랑에서 무료로 식사를 하고 수영장 옆에서 훌륭한 서비스를 제공합니다. 바쁜 시간이었기 때문에 하우스 키핑은 방 청소로 정말로 백업되었지만 그들은 매일 내 방에 도착했습니다.

리리뷰어Took the wife out of state for our 10 year anniversary. She was so excited to be staying at an Aloft again as we have in the past! We got into the room, my Flowers were there, which was great. We adjusted the AC to our comfort likings and 4 hours later after being at the beach, the temperature in the room was 78.
Called the front desk, they said there isn't anything they could do. Maintenance checked the panel and all is fine but our room was above the indoor pool. The pool room was found to be 80+ degrees but no one agreed to trying to lower the temperature of the pool room. Instead they suggested we open the balcony door and give us a box fan.
The outdoor temps were in the upper 80s low 90s. There was a hint of a breeze but when the box fan was dropped off, we came back from dinner and it was tolerable with the door closed. No check up from management, the staff was quite short with our concerns and requests.
Overall the stay was amazing but disappointing

리리뷰어The service was great! The hotel was well maintained-inside and outside. Our room was super clean and comfortable and we had sufficient washcloths & towels and the water was nice and hot! The view from the balcony was a lovely addition. I enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee too. My husband and I have already decided that will stay stay there on our next visit.

리리뷰어We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was wonderful and the service was great. Everyone was helpful and nice. We didn't eat any food there, but I'm sure it is good. Thank you for a great stay. We will definitely include this on our list of places to stay in Ocean City, MD.

XXiaocai호텔의 위치는 워터 파크와 매우 가깝습니다. 호텔 레스토랑은 아침, 점심, 저녁 식사를 위해 좋습니다. 아침에 일출을 보는 것은 아름답지만 가격은 8,000 일 이상입니다. 수영장은 깨끗하지 않습니다. 다음날 청소하고 청소하기 위해 누군가에게 전화해야합니다. 매우 깜박이고 위생을 개선해야합니다!

리리뷰어This was a great location without being on the boardwalk, but close enough to everything. The staff was friendly, and the room was very nice and clean. Rooms have been renovated and new furniture and was very nice. The pool area needs a lot of updating. It’s faded, broken tiles on the pool, and they have a broken splash pad that has not worked for who knows how long. The free breakfast was adequate, however the area for guests to eat was very small and for some reason had an insane amount of flies all over which mad eating not great. Overall, I’d give this hotel a 6.5.
