Having stayed here before, I had a little bit of an idea of what to expect. But it had been a while, so there were a few things that caught me off guard. There is only one negative that I can think of, and it's not a huge one, but I think it's necessary to point out.... 📱📱There were zero USB plug-ins in the room. There were a couple of different standard plug-ins that if you had the charging head for your cables, you would be okay. But between two people we had one charging head so it caught us a little off guard. It wouldn't take much to swap out an outlet in the living area. 🛏️The bed was comfortable. The pillows were comfortable and used the down alternative which was nice. As somebody who constantly has to check if hotels are offering down pillows and bedding, it's nice when I find that it's not there. 🚗 If you are planning to self park, do not drive up to the front of the hotel. That area is utilized strictly for valet parking. Go ahead and go to the underground garage near the corner of 4th and Demonbreun. You can access the hotel from that parking garage. 🚽 ☎ I meant to get a picture but the standard of luxury in the 80s still exists with a phone next to the toilet. Ahhh, simpler times. 😂️

I had a wonderful experience at The Joseph. The hotel is impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, with a refined yet welcoming atmosphere. The service was consistently friendly and professional — every staff member I interacted with made me feel well taken care of. The on-site restaurant and bar exceeded expectations with high-quality food and a great ambiance. The rooftop pool and bar were definite highlights — the views are stunning, and it’s the perfect place to relax. I was also impressed by the excellent selection of wine, which added a luxurious touch to the experience. Highly recommend The Joseph for anyone visiting Nashville who appreciates comfort, style, and great hospitality.

Great hotel, great location! Housekeeping did not replace items in room (toilet paper, cups, etc) but room was clean.

This location was recommended by a friend. Room was nice, staff were nice, and shuttle (a primary factor) was prompt however did stop at a second Sonesta before heading to the airport. We asked for a quiet room and it was indeed quiet. Pretty spacious room with generous desk space, and comfy couch with pullout bed. I also really loved that the key card booklet included a colorful quick reference guide for amenities and things like wifi password. Minor gripes - desk chair pretty squeaky; a necklace left on the tub rim from a past guest had rusted; and the duvet looked like it could use a wash (but I also know it’s industry standard that these don’t get washed between guests, which is still a general disappointment). Overall I would recommend, good for the price (around $110 total for a very last minute booking).

The staff has been super friendly and helpful to assist with whatever I needed. I've enjoyed my stay so much ☺️ decided to stay another night.

My stay at Courtyard by Marriott Nashville Vanderbilt/West End was absolutely exceptional. The hotel itself is clean, welcoming, well-maintained, and perfectly located for anyone looking to experience Nashville. From the moment I arrived, I felt genuinely valued as a guest. What truly elevated my experience, however, was a specific staff member, Bernicia. Her professionalism, courtesy, and hospitality were second to none. In an industry where great service can make all the difference,  Bernicia stands out as someone who genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in his work. She  was attentive, thoughtful, respectful, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect during my stay. Her calm demeanor, strong work ethic, and willingness to help made a lasting and indelible impression. It’s rare to encounter someone who combines professionalism with such authentic kindness and mindfulness. I would highly recommend this hotel not only because of its excellent accommodations and outstanding location, but because of team members like Bernicia who make guests feel truly welcomed and appreciated. Marriott should be proud to have individuals like him representing their brand. Thank you for a memorable stay. I will definitely be returning and recommending this property to friends, family, and colleagues visiting Nashville.

This location was easy and accessible to everything The hotel is beautiful. The employee team members we encountered are very kind. I needed it for my trip. Issue I had was the toilet kept running even after me jiggling the push button. I did talk to the front desk representative. Her name is Jamie and she did send an engineer upstairs. When I return back to my room, it appears to have been corrected however, as soon as you flushed the toilet Continue to run. So I talk to her again and she did tell me that the engineer told her that the mechanism inside I am assuming the ball and chain needed to be changed. Therefore, she suggested or asked if I wanted my room to be switched. Since I did not because I was leaving the next morning, she offered to comp half my stay. When she realized that I booked through a third-party, she told me that she could give me the equivalent in points from Hilton. She also comp the parking fee for my car. All in all, it was a nice visit. I just want to make sure that room 301 issue is rectified because it is extremely annoying when the toilet will not fill and stays in a continuous run mode for hours. 

지난 5~10년 동안 여러 번 이곳에 묵었기 때문에, 어떤 일이 벌어질지 *알고* 있다고 생각했습니다. 내슈빌은 여름이라 건물과 방이 습한 건 어쩔 수 없지만, 그래도 괜찮았습니다. 방 전체는 괜찮았습니다. 편안한 침대, 냉장고, 전자레인지, 꽤 편안한 의자와 오토만까지. 하지만 사소한 문제들이 혼란스럽고 걱정스럽습니다. 한때 최고였던 이 호텔이 점점 쇠퇴하고 있거든요. 🚪문에 있는 카드키가 고장 났어요! 카드를 밀어 넣는 게 정말 까다로워서 문제가 생겼습니다. 한번은 카드키가 완전히 안으로 밀려 들어가 카드를 먹어버렸어요. 관리 직원이 와서 카드를 가져갔지만, 고쳐지지 않았고, 조심하라는 말만 들었습니다. 🪟 창문 커튼 뒤의 차양이 너무 낡았고, 왼쪽은 내려와 있었지만 움직이지 않았습니다(코드를 빼서 위쪽으로 집어넣어 놓았거든요). 오른쪽은 위로 올라와 있었는데, 끌어내릴 방법도 없이 그냥 끌어내렸습니다. 그런데 끌어내리고 나니 왜 위로 올려놓고 전기 모터는 꺼져 있었는지 알겠더군요... 완전히 내려가지도 않고 갈가리 찢어져 있었습니다. 💧싱크대가 거꾸로 되어 있어서 오른쪽은 뜨거운 물이, 왼쪽은 차가운 물이 나왔습니다. 🌡️ 온도 조절 장치가 고장났습니다. 방은 시원하게 유지되었지만, 습도가 높아 불편할 정도로 추웠습니다. 습도가 너무 높아서 가구가 눅눅한 느낌이었습니다. 방이 우리에게 적합했을까요? 네. 이 모든 사소한 문제들이 쌓여서 다음 여행은 다른 곳으로 예약해야 할지 고민이 되기도 합니다. 네.

Breakfst는 훌륭했습니다. 위치는 매우 좋았습니다. 싱크대는 매우 천천히 배수되었습니다. 목욕 빛이 완전한 밝기에 도달하는 데 몇 분이 걸렸습니다.

유일한 장점은 주차장이 있다는 것입니다. 운전을 하지 않는다면 이 호텔을 예약하지 마세요. 여행하기 불편할 것입니다. 씨트립에서는 조식이 포함되어 있지만 실제로는 제공하지 않고, 너무 게으른 탓에 불평을 하기엔 힘들다고 말했다. 다음 시간이 없기 때문입니다.
