The perfect place to relax, recharge and recreate!We have a newly remodeled lake house in the popular Edwards Tract neighborhood at Georgetown Lake. This house is ready for your family or group with sleeping for 10.The master bedroom features a queen bed and full bathroom. The loft bedroom has a built-in king bed. The front bedroom has two queen beds and views of the lake. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the main living area.The well equipped kitchen is brand new with soft-close drawers and doors and branch new GE Slate appliances. A full-size laundry set is provided in the main bathroom. As a bonus, there is a kid's play rom above the master bath that we call the "Awesomeness Room."This quirky house has a steep driveway, steep stairs to the loft and a steep ladder to the kids play loft, so may not be suitable for families with very young children. In the winter, we'd recommend a car with 4-wheel drive and snow tires to navigate the driveway.Unique Benefits:Located between beautiful Philipsburg and Anaconda, Montana, Georgetown Lake is a true four-season recreation area. Georgetown Lake itself is the best lake fishery in the state of Montana, with more fish caught per fisherman than any other lake. Very nice and clean newer home, rent the entire house. The view of the lake and ski hill are free and spectacular. Located lakeside at Denton's Point Marina, Georgetown lake. Great Access to Discovery ski Area, Georgetown Lake and surrounding recreation in the Pintlers. Close to both Historic mining town of Philipsburg and Anaconda with Old Works Golf course.House has a master bedroom on the main floor with a king bed and views of the lake. It also has a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom is upstairs and has two double beds. In the upstairs loft there is a twin XL bed with a twin trundle. Each room has its own thermostat to keep warm on those chilly days. Main area is great for everyone to gather and hang out complete with rough sawn wood floors and beautiful windows to the lake and ski hill. Large couch perfect for watching movies or relaxing. Kitchen table seats 8 for meals and to play games. There are also 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar to eat, watch and converse with those cooking. Kitchen has a full sized fridge, dishwasher, oven range, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and crock pot. It is also equipped with two sets of pots and pans, dining utensils, plates, bowls and glasses. There is also some plastic plates, and cups of the kids. Some coffee is provided but feel free to also bring your own. (grounds or K-cup)The views and sounds of wildlife on the back porch never get old.
