The stay was absolutely fantastic. The breakfast is superb and has a lot of variety. The spa and the gym are on the smaller side, but both facilities offer everything you need. What I loved especially was the location close to the cathedral and how quiet it was for such a central location.

Fenomenalny hotel! Widać ile pracy zostało włożone w odrestaurowanie tego klasztoru/szpitala - zostało to wykonane bardzo ładnie. Pokój bardzo oryginalny i wygodny. Śniadanie przepyszne - duży plus za możliwość bezpłatnego zamówienia ciepłego dania poza tym co jest dostępne z i tak dużej ilości rzeczy w formie szwedzkiego stołu. Lokalizacja hotelu jak dla mnie idealna - z pewnością wrócę jeszcze przy kolejnej okazji.

Superb! We originally booked 5 nights and loved it so much we stayed for a further 24 nights. Comfortable spacious apartment style rooms. Excellent staff, so friendly and kind. Handy buffet breakfast you can take to your room if you prefer. 24/7 staff, free hot drinks and Brita tap with still and sparkling water. One night I couldn’t sleep so I washed and dried my clothes in the free laundry room. It was truly brilliant. 5-10 minute walk to the Magnolia Centre and a short taxi ride to the Old Town which is beautiful. Hubert on reception was genuinely one of the kindest humans I have ever met. Absolute diamond. All the staff were wonderful. Couldn’t have done enough for us, thank you so much.

훌륭한 위치, 훌륭한 시설 및 서비스. 유일한 단점은 아내가 밀실 공포증이 있고 엘리베이터를 사용할 수 없다는 것입니다. 올라가는 계단이 내부에 없습니다. 건물 밖으로 나가는 것을 의미하는 직원을 통해 올라가려면 계단을 들어야합니다. 혼자 계단을 내려갈 수 있습니다. 문제는 없지만 결국 건물 밖에서 내려옵니다. 이것을 설계한 사람은 계획 기술을 다시 방문해야 합니다. 공항까지 쉽게 걸어 갈 수 있습니다 - 10 ~ 15 분.  

Q 호텔 플러스 브로츠와프에서의 숙박은 조용하면서도 탁월한 서비스와 세심한 배려가 돋보이는 경험이었습니다. 모든 디테일 하나하나에 정성과 전문성이 묻어났습니다. 직원들은 진심 어린 환대를 보여주며 친절하고 세심한 배려, 그리고 효율적인 업무 처리로 도착부터 출발까지 편안한 분위기를 만들어주었습니다. 호텔 시설은 현대적이면서도 세련되어 과하지 않은 편안함을 제공했으며, 객실은 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗하고 고요한 분위기로 특히 인상적이었습니다. 브로츠와프 시내에 위치한 덕분에 접근성과 고요함이 절묘하게 조화를 이루어 도시의 활기를 느끼면서도 마치 휴식처에 온 듯한 느낌을 받을 수 있었습니다. 모든 것이 완벽했고, 서비스, 청결함, 그리고 세심한 디자인에 뿌리를 둔 절제된 고급스러움을 느낄 수 있었습니다.

친절한 직원, 좋은 숙박 시설, 맛있는 아침 식사. 정원은 작지만 밤에는 창문을 키페에 넣을 수 있으며 실내 안뜰은 조용합니다. 도보 10분 거리에 있는 구시가지.  주차는 브로츠와프에서 드물며 자동차로 도착하려면 예약해야 합니다. 호텔 부지에 작은 주차장과 2개의 전자 충전 기둥이 있으며 호텔 옆에 더 큰 주차장이 있습니다. 주차가 비쌉니다. 

Ich bin restlos begeistert! Dieses Hotel hat meine Erwartungen nicht nur erfüllt, sondern bei weitem übertroffen. Vom ersten Moment an war alles perfekt – der herzliche Empfang an der Rezeption, das stilvolle Ambiente und der makellose Service haben meinen Aufenthalt zu einem echten Erlebnis gemacht. Das Zimmer war geräumig, modern und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Sauberkeit und der traumhafte Ausblick vom Fenster aus. Auch das Bett war außergewöhnlich bequem – ich habe selten so gut geschlafen! Was dieses Hotel aber wirklich außergewöhnlich macht, ist das Personal: aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und immer mit einem Lächeln. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Gastfreundschaft gelebt wird. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem wärmstens empfehlen – ob für einen Kurzurlaub, eine Geschäftsreise oder einen längeren Aufenthalt. Ich komme definitiv wieder!

Location is very good, few meters away from the old town. Staffs were very accomodating.

스탠다드룸은 객실 슬리퍼가 제공되지않고, 칫솔치약등이 준비되지 않네요. 그래도 가격대비 깔끔한객실과 소파베드 제공으로 아동동반 4인가족이 묵기 충분히 좋았습니다. 게다가 저렴하게 맛있는 조식도 이용할. 수 있어서 좋았어요. 조식엔 컵라면과 맛좋은 된장국 김치도 나와서 한국인들에게 아주 좋습니다. 재방문 의사 100퍼 입니다

Small independent hotel, staff are friendly although limited English speakers. Reasonable breakfast to start your day. Old style rooms, we did not see air-conditioning though. Might an issue in the summer.
