Nestled in the picturesque hills of Lonavala, the resort's location is one of its standout features. Surrounded by lush greenery and serene views, Fariyas offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala. The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space. Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. The bartender’s recommendations were spot-on, and the ambiance added to the charm of the evening. A special mention must be made of the resort's Christmas décor, which was absolutely delightful. From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lonavala, especially during the festive season when the resort is at its vibrant best.

Location and service wise OK: one slight negative comment the supportive personal is too much sometimes, with sitting manners in the morning, keep pushing things or they need to be avoided by the customer while they are doing their job.

직원들도 친절하고 호텔도 좋습니다. 다소 과한부분도 있네요^^ 단지, 음식은 잘 모르겠네요 다음에 인도에 가게 되면 또 머물지는 한번더 생각이 필요합니디ㅡ.

We were there in hyatt for one night . Were very happy with everything about it . The dining experience was excellent .shekhar, jhumki and all others were pleasant and happy to help us . Food was also good .

Had a comfortable stay at this 4-star hotel. Rooms were clean and well-maintained, staff was courteous, and amenities were up to the mark. The location was convenient, and the breakfast spread was impressive. A great choice for both business and leisure travel. Would definitely consider staying here again.

I have stayed for only one night while passing by Pune for business, therefore I could not experience breakfast and facilities (no time). Overall, I think the hotel is located conveniently in the city center, room size is average and the toilet has all the amenities you might need for your stay. A good value for money option! The only downturn for me, has been finding the carpet in the room a bit dirty with some food crumbles from (I guess) previous guests, for the rest the toilet and rest of the room seemed to be decently cleaned. My other colleagues did not experience the same, therefore it must have been a small accident and not their standard.

Amazing everything

Here is a review you can post on Trip.com for The Orchid Hotel Pune: Title: Disappointing stay – poor service and unfriendly staff Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5) I stayed at The Orchid Hotel Pune recently and had a very unpleasant experience. I requested airport pickup, but reaching the hotel to confirm this was extremely difficult – poor communication and no one seemed responsive. When I finally arrived, the staff came across as cold and unwelcoming, which set a negative tone for the entire stay. To make matters worse, the hotel strictly enforces a ”no outside food” policy. This felt unnecessarily restrictive and inconvenient, especially when you want basic flexibility as a guest. Overall, the service lacked warmth, the communication was frustrating, and the policies made the stay uncomfortable. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend it to others looking for a hassle-free, friendly experience.

Location is quite far from Hinjewadi and Pimpri area, it was about 30 - 45mins commute depending on traffic condition. Food varieties in the hotel for breakfast and dinner were quite limited and mostly are Indian foods. Propose to add more International variety to cater for different needs. Room was fine and comfortable, but housekeeping can be better with hair strands can be found on the bed regularly. We have booked the Business traveler package, and confirmed with the staff during check-in that we were entitled to 2 free laundry per day, but was eventually charged for the service. Need to be more transparent in this aspect as we were using this service on the assumption that it was free.

편리한 교통, 쉬운 택시, 매우 저렴한 가격, 객실 시설이 완벽하고 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 프론트 데스크가 매우 정중하고 효율적이며 호텔은 다시 머물 가치가 있습니다.
