Located in a business park out of town but that suited us for what we were doing. Room was amazing, bed was comfortable, room service was great, bathroom products were good, buffet, and spa was also amazing.

최근 소피아 노보텔에 묵었는데 전반적으로 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 관리가 잘 되어 있어 바쁜 하루를 보낸 후 편안하게 쉴 수 있는 공간을 제공했습니다. 침대는 너무 딱딱하지도 푹신하지도 않아 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 호텔의 위치는 쇼핑몰 바로 건너편에 있어 식사, 쇼핑, 엔터테인먼트를 즐기기에 매우 편리했습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었으며, 항상 미소로 도움을 주었습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했고, 신선하고 맛있는 다양한 메뉴로 하루를 시작할 수 있었습니다. 유일한 단점은 헬스장이었습니다. 헬스장은 꽤 작고 무거운 프리웨이트와 풀업 바가 없었습니다. 기본적인 운동에는 괜찮지만, 좀 더 종합적인 운동을 원하시는 분들은 실망하실 수 있습니다. 소피아 노보텔은 위치, 편안함, 서비스 면에서 훌륭한 선택이지만, 피트니스 마니아라면 헬스장 시설이 제한적일 수 있습니다. 저는 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶습니다!

I stayed at WN Hotel for 3 days as a remote worker and was pleasantly surprised at every turn. The self check-in and check-out process was seamless, and the keyless Bluetooth door entry made coming and going effortless. The rooms are huge — perfect for setting up a comfortable workspace.The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful whenever I needed anything. While the hotel isn't located in the city center (so it may be less ideal for travelers looking to explore Sofia in just a day), it's absolutely heaven for remote workers. The surrounding area is alive and booming with shops, bars, and restaurants, giving off a young, productive vibe. Highly recommended for digital nomads and anyone looking for a comfortable, modern stay!

Hotel is perfectly located in center Sofia, service is good but not as attentional as what I’m used from Intercontinental… you would expect exceptional attention service from the hotel. (Told them it was my birthday for example and not even a happy birthday) Rooms are very spacious, spa and gym very nice and the Adore restaurant has very good food.

Great central location in Sofia, within easy walking distance of everything. The hotel has an ”old school” charm, but the design is anything but dull. Friendly staff and an excellent Bulgarian-style breakfast. Nice and very useful touches in the room, like the shoe shine sponge and sewing kit. Comfortable bed and pillows, and a roomy bathroom. Would happily stay again.

방에 방음이 안 돼서 숙박 기간 내내 한숨도 못 잤고, 마지막 밤은 정말 끔찍했어요. 아침 식사는 너무 평범하고 기본적인 것들만 있었어요. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 많이 됐습니다.

Nice hotel, excellent location, very clean, excellent service! Will definitely be back!!

Alright hotel. Strange decorations. It used to be a Sofia classic, built by a famous Japanese architect. They still kept tye nice Japanese garden. The restaurants are nice too. Breakfast was adequate, thought not copious. Close to the metro, nice views.
