"Stayed here many times with work. Excellent location, super friendly staff and amazingly clean. Great value for money. Restaurant inside and bar which is a little expensive for what it is but there is a pub and carvery across the road (2mins walk). Parking is free and there is always loads of it. The hotel itself is on a bit of a retail park which can get busy at times but I’ve never struggled to park and I’ve stayed here at least 40 nights since April. I don’t write reviews to be fair. But credit where it is due."

Upon arrival, the receptionist was again helpful and very pleasant. The room was very clean. The stay for one night was pleasant and excellent value. Thank you."

"저는 이 Travelodge로 돌아가지 않을 겁니다. 뉴캐슬과 주변 지역에는 훨씬 더 좋은 곳이 많이 있습니다. 위치가 안전하지 않고, 내부가 깔끔하지 않고, 건물 전체에 오래된 배수구 냄새가 나고, 밤에 혼자 건물 밖에 있는 것은 권장하지 않습니다. 하지만 직원들은 친절하고 쾌활했습니다!"

"I booked this hotel for me and partner for valentines weekend, I asked for a river view room, which they charged me a extra 10.00 on top of the price of hotel, when we got to our room 2011, it had a window which was to high to see the river view, so you had srand up at the window if you wanted to look out, then when went for a shower the thermostat was broken on the shower which scolded me, so couldnt get a shower , explained all this at check out, lady wasnt interested"
