12 개월 만에 세 번째 체류. 우리는이 호텔의 위치를 즐깁니다. 바와 레스토랑에 편리합니다. 택시가 필요하지 않습니다! 아침 식사도 훌륭하고 선택의 폭이 넓으며 음식은 뜨겁고 신선하며 테이블은 항상 깨끗하고 직원들은 잘 조직되고 친절합니다. 침대는 정말 편안하고 샤워는 항상 좋았으며 객실 / 린넨은 항상 깨끗합니다. 우리는 홀에서 제공되는 얼음 양동이와 기계, 무료 물, 방에 가운과 슬리퍼를 좋아합니다. 위대하지 않은 두 가지 작은 점은 다음과 같습니다. 우리는 아직 우리 방에 작동하는 냉장고를 가지고 있지 않았습니다. 이 서비스가 더 이상 어떤 이유로 제공되지 않는지 확실하지 않습니다. 켜거나 켜라고 요청하는 방법이 있거나 불행한 경우 항상 작동하지 않는 서비스를 받으십시오! 큰 문제는 아니죠. 그냥 가지고 있거나, 없애버리면 좋을 것 같습니다. 그래서 우리는 그것이 작동하지 않는다고 생각할 것입니다. 다른 점은 일반적인 장식입니다. 표지판 / 손상된 페인트 작업, 피곤한 피팅, 그리고이 욕실에서 배수구와 샤워 칸막이 피팅에 영향을 미치는 습기가 플러스 싱크대에 큰 균열이 있습니다. 청결보다 더 많은 마모와 찢음, 그리고 일반적으로 새로 고침 / 개조가 곧 카드에 있기를 바랍니다. 여전히 훌륭한 위치에있는 훌륭한 호텔, 우리는 돌아올 것입니다!

와우, 정말 멋진 호텔. 남편과 나 자신과 딸이 지난 밤에이 호텔에 머물렀고 오늘 아침 저녁 식사와 아침 식사를했습니다. 호텔은 매우 깔끔하고 매우 깨끗합니다. 우리는 저녁 식사에서 무엇을 기대해야할지 몰랐지만 끝에 모든 접시가 깨끗하고 놀라운 것으로 말할 수 있으며 고급 레스토랑에서이 수준을 기대할 것입니다. 서버는 세심하고 채팅했습니다. 좋은 밤 수면 후 우리는 뜨거운 옵션으로 사랑스러운 유럽식 아침 식사를 먹었고 이것은 어젯밤 식사만큼 좋았습니다. 서버는 세심하고 채팅하며 친절했습니다. 우리는이 호텔을 추천하고 확실히 다시 머물 것입니다.

Fantastically located on the quayside. The hotel has parking spaces but these are limited and therefore I parked at the car park opposite Gateshead college, around 6 mins walk away. Tbh it was cheaper to park there than the hotel car park and not that far. The hotel itself is nicely presented and the adjoined bar on the ground floor also has outdoor seating so that you may enjoy the views. The views itself are very decent from the room I was in. The room was very clean apart from a few handprint stains on the wall above the toilet in the bathroom. They looked more like old stains which probably wouldn’t come out unless it was painted again. Can’t comment on breakfast as I didn’t have any, but the hotel provided a complimentary coffee voucher from the bar and also some money off food from their restaurant. Overall a nice hotel and would stay again if ever in the area.

We stayed for 6 nights at our Hotel Express. Very pretty and we are located by the river. Very easy to walk to many restaurants and a beautiful walking path along the river. Very nice rooms and also we got free car parking

GOOD points- Welcomed and checked in by a friendly, informative and pleasant lady, who had a sunny disposition and was juggling numerous roles including serving in bar, cheking in/out (Reception) and cooking/serving to name a few, this lady was approachable, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. BAD points- where to start .. 1. Rooms where outdated (which would have been fine if clean), extremely poorly maintained and certainly not cleaned daily (if at all). Behind bathroom door was a collection of dirt, dust amd bit of rubbish, cleaner cleary has not closed this door or cleaned behind it for a while! Skirting boards where thick with dirt, sheets had holes amd walls had some kind of fluid ”sprayed” all over them (i dread to think what but can't discount it may be human material) im saddened to write this but feel its necessary to inform and alert others. A lick of paint, bottle of bleach and a hoover would have made such a difference at very little cost to hotel. 2. To access rooms you need to venture through an unused dining room (well not used to dine in) its used as a storage facility and is unsightly, after this you make your way along what i can only describe as the ”staff corridor” past the greasy kitchen (door was wide open) and other areas that i would imagine elsewhere would be out of public view to a steepish staircase which lead to the rooms. 3 Corridor leading to rooms was dark and dingy in day light but worse at night as none of the lights apart from the illuminated ”Fire Exit” sign so we relied on torches from our phones to navigate safely. I did not expect the Ritz for the prive we paid for a family of 3 but i do expect the basics to be right which is cleanliness, cleanliness and cleanliness!! Surely has no-one learned from Covid-19?!? Cleanliness should always be a priority even even more so during a pandemic.
