Premier Inn Newcastle (Team Valley)

I have been here two time long ago and i wanted to write a review to thank the profesional staff how clean is everything in the hotel. The parking area is big and they are close to city centre. I did choose this hotel because my daughter lives up the bank in sunniside and its very close to there.

Lovely stay, made to feel welcome. Rooms clean. Food good. Quite central to get to different places. Will be back in July for a wedding.

Having just returned from Premier Inn Team Valley Gateshead, where do I begin to say what an amazing place clean/staff so friendly/the food in restaurant was lovely. The staff seem to have a very good working relationship. But 1 member of staff stood out her name is Laura (Scott I believe). Her cheerful nature and most welcoming smile when we booked in. Plus very helpful on advice of places to visit. If anyone deserves employee of the month she deserves it.

Stayed here so my daughter could visit the university. Great location for visiting Newcastle. Lovely staff. Would recommend. Close to all amenities. Very close to the metro so we could travel into the centre or Newcastle quickly and easily.

After a long trip from Plymouth we were rapidly checked in and given our room cards. The room was clean and tidy. Hotel staff were very helpful, professional and polite. I can heartily recommend Team Valley when visiting Newcastle. We were going to watch the footie and it was nice to discover that the busfrom outside the hotel would take us to within easy walk of St James' Park.

Great hotel, lovely staff, nothing was a problem for the team. Lounge/bar area and restaurant were all up to the standard I would expect from Premier Inn. Easy check in. Room was a Premier Plus so had a few nice upgrades, only issue was the ulttimate broadband, it wasnt working during my stay but this was a nationwide issue.

Deluxe rooms booked but found them very tired and not properly cleaned, had to request a cleaner to remove the urine smell. Decor not up to expected standard with staines and worn furniture. The rest of the hotel needs a complete make over with the furniture looking tired, water staines on the ceiling tiles tables looking worn and in need of a revarnish.

Lovely stay, couldn't fault it, staff were friendly and helpful. Lady on reception, who was then there at breakfast too was very friendly and made you feel welcome. Dinner was very nice, room was clean and comfy
