레오나르도 호텔 에든버러 머레이필드 후기

이불도 너무 더럽고, 베개도 더럽고, 베팅 시트도 더러워요. 일반 층이 아닌 옥상이며, 이 층에는 엘리베이터가 없습니다. 세탁물은 너무 작고 방 사이에 소음이 있습니다. 매우 만족. 보여드릴 동영상이 있는데 너무 커서 업로드할 수 없습니다. 이불 커버 교체를 위해 서비스 기사를 불렀는데, 잘 해냈습니다. 하지만 환경은 나를 겁주고 충격을 주었습니다.

베개가 너무 더러워요! 1박에 2만원 더 주고 주말도 아닌데 정말 부적절해요. 화장실에 환풍기가 없거나 고장이 나서 사용할 수 없습니다. 침대가 너무 푹신했어요. 우리는 1층에 살기로 배정받았는데, 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐을 옮기려면 계단을 이용해야 했습니다. 다시는 선택하지 않을 것입니다.

매우 공식적인 호텔이고 직원들은 친절합니다. 버스로 호텔에 가기 쉽습니다. 도심에서 멀리 떨어져 있지만 공항과 가깝고 머물기에 조용한 곳입니다. 객실이 크고 편안해서 마음에 들어요. 큰 침대는 여자애 4명이 잘 수 있을 것 같아요. 정말 큽니다.

주소가 조금 멀고 차가 없으면 조금 불편합니다. 그러나 직원의 서비스는 좋고 바텐더의 태도는 돈 가치가 있습니다. 수영장, 피트니스 룸 및 기타 장비가 있으며 비가 오더라도 활동이 있습니다.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Leonardo Edinburgh Murrayfield hotel. Staff was very cooperative, rooms were clean and location was beautiful.

Very good hotel with super comfy bed and strong shower. Breakfast excellent choice and quality. Location fine as there is a frequent bus service into city centre which takes roughly 20 minutes at busy times of day.

Have every thing lovely staff but have 2 problems in my view there is NO air conditioner Also is 20 min approximately away from city center

We have found this place in the last minute, but we did our best decision. The place is absolutely amazing, we got a really amazing service and the room was beautiful. Thank you! :)

Clean and spacious room. Amenities provided including hairdryer. Buffet breakfast for children is free. It is £13 per adult if booked the day before.

Loved the place (we didn’t use restaurant but got takeout) it was clean and a lovely bathroom and bed was humongous! Great night sleep. Only thing I’d say is radiator was on and couldn’t turn off so we were a bit warm but fab overall !!

All went well until they gave us a room that was up a flight of stairs. First took a lift then walked down a corridor then found a door that led to a small stairs. We are both in our late 60s and were not expecting to carry and not offered any help either. When it came to checking out the lift was broken!! Luckily the maintenance man happy to be walking past and took pity on us .

Beaware of which level of your room is. The elevator doesn’t reach at the lowest level. If you carry a heavy luggage, you’d better ask for higher levels. Staff didn’t help me to change my room before check in. They do favor for themselves not yours. No customer service thinking, management or mindset to the receptionists. I cancelled my last 2 days stay as the elevator issue doesn’t match with the descriptions. Not a good holiday experience as I urged to find a new place immediately, and more importantly, wasted lots of time to deal with the cancellation.
