이번에는 이그제큐티브룸을 예약했는데 더블베드룸을 배정받았습니다. 화장실 배수가 잘 안되고, 세면대 배수도 잘 안되고, 물이 너무 많아서 체험이 별로 좋지 않습니다. 가장 중요한 것은 방의 2층 자물쇠도 깨졌다는 것입니다. 외출 시에는 프런트에 자물쇠가 고장났으니 수리할 사람을 찾아야 한다고 말씀하세요. 하지만 호텔로 돌아와도 여전히 수리가 되지 않아 겁에 질려 이틀 밤을 잤습니다.

I stayed in this hotel on the 19th of February with my son. When we unfolded the bed linen we discovered that one of the duvets had human excrement on it. We went to the reception to complain and we were asked what did we want him to do about it(in an extremely rube tone). We eventually got switched rooms and next morning we went to check out and asked to speak to someone in charge. The receptionist was extremely rude and just kept saying sorry about that over and over again. You can be guaranteed it i will never step foot in that hotel ever again. I am only giving it 1 star because it wont let me post anything without giving it anything. included is a photo as proof.

좋은 위치에 있는 깔끔한 호텔. 엔터테인먼트 지역에서 도보로 약 15분 거리입니다. 호텔에 주차장이 있어 투숙객으로서 할인을 받을 수 있다는 점도 매우 좋습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 현대적이었습니다. 모든 시설을 이용할 수 있었습니다. 아침 식사는 매우 훌륭하고 광범위했습니다.

매달 우리는 뒤셀도르프 사무실에 가야 하고 항상 Max Brown에 머니다. 베개가 있는 훌륭한 침대가 있는 멋진 호텔. 일반적으로 Max Brown에 머무를 때를 제외하고는 항상 베개를 가져옵니다! 직원들은 항상 친절하고 채팅을 할 수 있습니다!

Would definitely recommend this hotel. All staff are very welcoming and the hotel is spotlessly clean. It is close to the airport and has an excellent transport link into Dusseldorf just outside the hotel. Having stayed many times we would never consider looking elsewhere. They have a lovely bar to relax in when you get back from all the wonderful sites and shops in the City and the bar staff are very friendly and attentive. You can't go wrong if you book into this hotel.

Stayed here for one night arrived from Australia, the room was very nice clean beautiful, large bed etc. How ever there was no coffee, not tea no water in mini bar you have to collect. Room service was very slow and not available. The room is great, there’s a little Greek Resturant across the road you should check it out and support this delicious business! Location isn’t the busiest not alot or Resturants and cafes etc only a small handful. There was a burger left in my cupboard lol. It’s a little noisy too the windows aren’t sound proof especially when you have the city view, also there is no insulation on the floors so you will hear other peoples door steps, doors slamming etc . Otherwise I’m conclusion it’s a very large room great size, very large shower clean etc. staff were great on arrival thank you. There was a time I wanted Rome room service it’s NOT available during the middle of the night if you require anything I wouldn’t stay here again but that’s my choice I suppose and my option thanks now off to Paris
