Only cash paid wow... terrible... Totally different on the pictures in Google... I don't recommend this at all...

A nice and clean aparthotel, you could tell it was freshly renovated. We booked the family four bedroom apartment cause of our kids who loved most the hot tub and water slides at the nearby pool and the buffet breakfast which was free for the youngsters. Coral beach Club and Copa Cabana beach were amazing and only a two minute walk just in middle of the resort

My husband and I decided to take our kids in a nice family resort and this happened to be a good choice. We booked the large family apartment with a hot tub, and had a wonderful time at the pool with a water slide for kids. The staff was friendly and breakfast complimentary for kids.

Nice place with pools and green nature. We booked the four bedroom apartment with a hot tub for my family with kids which was really spacious. I think that the apartment was freshly renovated by the fresh smell of new furniture which was nice. The receptionist Ivana was friendly, showed us around the pools and restaurants, thank you Ivana.

Overall condition of apartment was dirty and dated, not just general wear and tear you would expect in this kind of accommodation. -No AC in bedrooms -Website misleading All apartments feature sea view – we had no sea view -Blind missing and broken in living room, also covered in black dirt -Sofa set old and very dirty -No lock of ground floor window the accommodation was not secure -Gym apparatus in middle of room not conducive to 3yr old child from the pictures on the website this appeared to be in a separate enclosed area and not in the middle of the living room -Informed by the receptionist that the original pictures that are on *********** were taken 10yrs ago and had never been updated -Let us in to room when we arrived but wouldn’t allow us to take pictures as the room was being cleaned -Later we asked if the room had been cleaned so we take another look receptionist was confrontational when taking photos even though room had been cleaned, told we could not take pictures and also told that the booking was nonrefundable -Receptionist was very aggressive and combative she didn’t even allow access to a bathroom with my 3yr old son and so I had to change his nappy reception floor -No alternative suitable accommodation offered

We loved this place cause of the location which was close to the beaches, plus we had several pools shared with surrounding hotels that we could use which was very convenient. Ana, the maid, was very friendly and gave us clean towels every day :) The Cava beach with the Coral beach bar was breathtaking and only a 2 minute walk through the surrounding green vegetation. The place needs maybe a bit more of maintenance and could use a refurbishment soon :/

BEWARE of this apartment. They are located in a rundown small shopping precinct and next door to a derelict building covered in broken glass and graffiti, which was home to multiple cats and cat excrement. The apartment was also next door to a Chinese restaurant which was noisy. The apartment itself was dirty in places cobwebs in the corners, dust all over the skirting boards. There was almost no room to get past the bed on the mezzanine and the carpet around it was disgusting and stained and lifting down the edge. The mirror in the bathroom was hanging off the wall and the shower door was dirty and poorly attached. The wardrobe was falling apart. Most importantly this property will only accept cash! This was only made clear to us on check in, causing significant extra cost having to pull it out of the cash point. This affords no protection. Where does the cash go? Tax avoidance I’m guessing. The photos of this property are deceiving. It is surrounded by other resorts which are NOT part of this place. You have to PAY extra to use them. The staff were rude whilst trying to sort out payment. Very expensive for all these issues. AVOID THIS PLACE.

The staff was really friendly, the receptionist Nikolina and the maid Ana made our stay very pleasant :)) We stayed for a week here with our little kids who enjoyed most of all the beaches and the pools. We loved the location in a tourist resort area in which several hotel share same pools which were cause of that to be honest a bit busy, but I guess it is expected at this time of the year, plus the canopy/sunbeds at the pool were at a small surcharge, apart from that the pools were nice and sea view. Buffet breakfast was delicious and free of charge for the kids :)... the apartment was clean, pleasantly airconditioned with a nice green patio.

We arrived at the property to be told that we would have to pay to access the pool at a different hotel. All the photos are very deceiving, nothing like what we actually saw. When we enter our apartment there was a horrible fusty smell that came from the mould on the walls. The cot and bedding that was provided for our 5 month old baby was covered in mould. When we contacted the staff the offered to replace the cot for us but as for the mould on the walls we was advised to leave the window open to let the place air out. As we was staying with a young baby this was not an appropriate location to stay and we paid for two nights and we did not stay here. The staff offered a part refund but we did not think this was fair due to the description being completely different to what was offered. Staff was very rude and I would not recommend staying specially if you have children.

Lovely place, quiet and close to the sea. Our second time here, the kids love the neighbourhood, the staff is very friendly, and the place clean and safe. Easy access to the Old Town by bus. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

We loved this apart-hotel cause it was located in a lovely resort with beaches and pools. The most stunning was the Cava beach with the coral beach bar and the Copacabana beach that were only a 2 minute walk from our apartment. Delicious buffet breakfast available, and friendly maids and receptionist made this a lovely experience!

No one there to direct you as you arrive, no hot water, dirty pillows, no breakfast (or if there was, there wasn't anyone to show you or tell you where it is), main room with no AC and or ventilation. We slept the first night and left the next day when someone decided to show up close to 10am. Were forced to pay for the remainder of the stay in cash and when i argued that they could clean it and re rent it, i was told the cleaner has been cancelled for next 2 days! so its not even a serviced apartment. spend a little more and get a proper hotel in this area. avoid this place
