인생에서 가 본 호텔 중 최고였다고 말할 수 있어요! 시설과 주변환경도 정말 좋았지만 무엇보다 서비스가 정말 최고였습니다. 체크인부터 체크아웃까지 만족스럽지 않은 부분이 하나도 없었고 정말 극진하다는 단어가 어울릴 정도로 최고의 서비스로 대해 주셨습니다. 직원 분들은 모두 친절하고 유쾌하셨어요. 주변 환경도 좋고 근처에 맛집도 많아서 좋았어요. 카타르에 대한 좋은 기억을 가지게 해준 곳이고 다시 가고 싶네요!

나는 Kempinski Hotel에 3 박 동안 머물면서 분노에서 편안함으로 롤러 코스터 타기를 경험했습니다. 가기 전에 동경의 진주가 보이는 트윈룸을 예약했습니다. 진주섬의 진정한 아름다움을 만끽하시길 바랍니다. 방에 들어가보니 베란다에 돈을 많이 썼는데, 베란다가 벽이 보이는 방으로 바뀌었습니다. 프론트와 합리적으로 말다툼 끝에 방을 바꿨습니다. 자기 전에 화장실 조명이 고장났고 문이 고장난 걸 발견했어요. 그래서 나는 완전히 실망했고 더 이상 Kempinski를 믿을 수 없었고 체크 아웃하고 호텔로 변경하고 싶었습니다. 한밤중에 12시에 프론트 데스크와 또 다른 싸움을하는 동안 호텔 Omar의 매니저를 우연히 만났습니다. 그는 나를 위해 스위트 룸을 변경했고 결과는 꽤 만족 스러웠습니다. 그런데 이전 경험을 생각하면 아이가 가방을 끌고 방을 뒹굴고 탈의를 하고 있었습니다. 중국인 손님에 대한 이 호텔의 태도는 명백합니다. 절대 날 보지마, 켐핀스키!

I went twice to the Pool there on the 5th floor (la pergola lounge) it was an amazing experience for me and my friends and great service there, staff Mohamed at the pool bar is a great guy and always made sure we got the best and fast service.... Def. I will be going more there.

From time you walk in - the ladies at the spa reception are friendly making that 1st encounter that much more memorable The pool staff tirelessly professional in their Service despite the heat. The life guards are friendly too. The chef at the Flamingo bra and restaurant- I really wish I remembered his name - he made a gluten free meal for me as their menu was limited options. I do hope management commend him for his can do nature and recogansie him as the staff of the month or something. He came out of the kitchen to the pool area to ask what he can make - he made it and then came back after to check if it was fine. What a gent Seriously though - hard to fault the place or the staff. Keep it up 👍

Fancy hotel! Great location with water front view. Stayed here for a couple of days and staff is super friendly. The breakfast buffet was delicious with variety of food. Joriza , Janina and Aldren was my server and they are super friendly and attentive. Would stay here again when I come back!
