Good points: 1. Location: Close to the city centre but at the same quiet at night. 10 mins walk to the night market. Close to many restaurants and shops. 2. Friendly staff 3. Very clean. 4. Think blanket is provided as Da Lat is pretty cold at night. 5. Every bed gets its own light, two power points and a long shelf. 6. Get a nice view from the balcony. 7. Room is spacious and bed is comfy. 8. Nice design. Bad Points: 1. No separation of shower and toilet. The toilet all turns wet after shower. 2. The rubbish bin in the WC should be cleaned everyday as the toilet paper cannot be thrown into the toilet bowl. 3. Security : The use of ”key” for the elevator is quite stupid for the dorm room. First of all, all of the dorm rooms are not locked and can be easily accessed by the outsiders by using the stairs. So, actually the dorm rooms are not secured at all. But, at the same time, the hostel add a ”security system” for the elevator where the key card for the elevator can only access to the ground floor and the floor you lived in. This means you need a ”key card” whenever you need to go to your dorm room/go down (but at the same time the dorm rooms are actually not secured) which makes it inconvenience to me . So, I suggest either remove the key card system for the elevator, or add the key card security system directly on the room of the dorm room. 4. The room is very dark at night. 5. It will be great if the they get egg option for their breakfast.

온수는 콸콸이지만 난방이 안돼 첫 날 밤에는 춥게 잤네요.
다음날은 호텔측에 이야기해 히타빌려 따듯한 밤을 보냈네요**
직원들도 매우 친절하구요~~~ 언어가 안돼도 편안 했답니다.

호텔은 후타 버스 정류장과 매우 가까워 여행에 편리합니다. 나는 호텔의 건축 스타일을 정말 좋아합니다. 독특합니다. 달랏의 기온은 매우 적당하여 방에 선풍기만 있어도 너무 덥다는 느낌이 들지 않습니다. 마지막으로 아침식사도 제공된다면 더 좋을 것 같아요

호텔은 중앙에 위치하고 있으며 야시장을 포함하여 필요한 모든 것에 가깝습니다. 호텔 자체는 깨끗하고 침대는 편안합니다. 뷔페에는 다양한 베트남 및 유럽식 음식, 과일 및 음료가 있습니다. 모두 매우 맛있습니다. 직원들은 매우 정중하고 도움이 됩니다. Tuyen, 리셉션 감독자는 내가 비행기를 예약하는 데 실수를 저질렀을 때 매우 도움이되었고 그녀는 마지막 순간에 나를 위해 그것을 분류 할 수있었습니다.

전반적으로 직원들이 친절합니다. 처음에는 창문이 있는 방을 예약했는데, 창문이 없는 방을 받는 상황이 발생했습니다. 하지만 다음날 직원들이 상황을 바로잡았고 전반적으로 호텔은 매우 쾌적했습니다. 청결도에 대한 의문이 있습니다. 개미와 바퀴벌레가 많지만 아시아에는 이미 그런 것들이 가득합니다.

10주년 결혼 기념 여행으로 달랏과 나트랑을 방문했어요. 달랏에서는 새로 생긴 머큐어에 묵게 됐는데 탁월한 선택이었네요. 유럽풍의 건물과 분위기가 정말 예뻤고 직원들은 더할 나위 없이 친절했어요. 10주년 결혼 기념이라고 스위트룸 업그레이드를 문의했는데 도착 전날 스위트룸이 비었다고 업그레이드 해주셨고 축하 케이크와 웰컴과일 풍선 장식까지 준비해 주셨어요. 스테이 플러스 숙박이었고 실버 등급일 뿐인데 환대해 주시고 덕분에 더 아름다운 10주년으로 기억에 남게 됐어요. 매니저 해리와 편안하게 있을 수 있도록 케어해준 직원 분들 고마워요!^^

JJaxzEnglish Language - 5/10 stars. Compare to Ho Chi Minh City hotel staffs, Sandals Camellia’s proficiency is basic but still acceptable and good with me. Because if you travel to the other shops around the hotel buying stuffs or having a meal it will be even worse! Only a few shop owners can converse in English and many aren’t patient in communicating though they are still friendly and approachable.
Price - 10/10 stars. Dalat City Hotels seems very much competitive against hotels at Ho Chi Minh City. For the price paid, the service, amenities and breakfast compared I like it the best and very much better! If you’re not into Vietnam shopping, you should visit Dalat instead! For me I’m a nature and scenery lover! Dalat highly recommended over Ho Chi Minh City!
Service - 6/10 stars, basic taxi calling service is there. But unlike Ho Chi Minh City hotels, there’s no Hotel Tour Service. Most of the staffs aren’t also very familiar with all the places of visit either, but they are all very approachable friendly and helpful, and try their best to google information for you for instance the address. If you visit Dalat, you’ve to ownself conduct homework at home before traveling there on what places of interests to visit. Also google doesn’t tells every single places of interest in Dalat. You need to ownself travel to the tour office to book a local taxi driver, whom then has the knowledge of their own city, he’ll will guide and show you and recommend you places around Dalat. But prepare to learn some Vietnamese as many tour drivers couldn’t communicate in English but fret not, as google translate is your friend and everyone there has a smart phone. The Dalat people are mostly jovial, approachable and friendly.
Breakfast/Food - 10/10 stars, Excellent I like it! I’m a buffet and Pho lover. For the price paid I’m extremely satisfied!
Bed - 9/10 stars, didn’t gave it a perfect 10 score rating as I’m a person who prefers thick and hard pillows.
Aircon - 7/10 stars. Acceptable. The Aircon is working good and cool enough.
Toilet - 7/10 stars excellent! There’s warm water readily available, and ample showering lotion and shampoo, and other basic toiletries. The water from the handheld shower head is good and nice not weak flowing. However the missing 3 stars is the likelihood of a very wet bathroom floor. Basically it’s a Walk-in Shower design however it’s build as Curbless. The benefits of having Curbless is to benefits elderly and senior tourists who require mobility aids such as wheelchair the ease of accessing the showering area, and no risk of playful kids running and tripping over the Curbed, therefore Curbless is safer and better. Problem is the slope of the floor don’t seems right… the floor of the shower isn’t lower than the rest of the bathroom therefore water isn’t easily contained within the showering area and kept spilling to the rest of the bathroom floor, making a very messy toilet, unless you take special care to use a less strong spray and ensure you don’t accidentally spray outwards to prevent mini ponding to the rest of the bathroom floor. Also as mentioned earlier the Shower Head has nice strong spray, the drainage floor trap can be a little floody as water isn’t drained out fast enough…
Sound Proofing - No comments….. 3/10 stars. Unfortunately I’ve encountered very noisy neighbours during my stay, who slam their doors as they enter and exit their rooms even late at night. Also since the hotel is situated near a busy road, you can hear lots of horning and motorbikes speeding by even at night.
Other amenities - no reviews for mini bar or laundry service as I didn’t use them.
Overall rating - 7/10 stars highly recommended!

숙소는 멋지고 조용하지 않으며, 고급스러운 느낌이 들고, 침대 시트도 좋고, 일몰 전망도 멋집니다. 일부 피아노(TV) 소리가 로비에서 들립니다. 좋은 분위기. 가격 대비 좋은 가치. 이곳은 도심이 아니기 때문에 차를 타고 어디든 갈 수 있습니다. 장소는 Google 지도에서 'd house'로 쉽게 찾을 수 있습니다.
방에는 많은 전원 콘센트, 공간, 테이블, 의자 몇 개, 거울 2개가 있습니다. 침대 시트는 두꺼워서 4인용 시트는 2장밖에 안 되지만 커플용인 것 같아요.

실내화는 걸을 때마다 발이 아프고, -2단계까지 계단이 많습니다. 바닥이 차가워서 벗을 수 없습니다.
화장실이나 샤워실에 가실 때에는 화장지, 수건, 샴푸복 등을 객실에서 가지고 오셔야 하며, 객실 잠금장치, 열쇠 등을 지참하셔야 합니다.
*** 똥을 싸기 위해서는 조직도와 체크리스트가 필요합니다.
침대에서는 조명을 바꿀 수 없으며, 객실에 들어갈 때 먼저 문 뒤에 접근해야 합니다.
오후 8시 이후에는 문을 열려면 약간의 손놀림이 필요합니다.
앱이나 객실에는 Wi-Fi 정보가 저장되지 않습니다.
매우 불편합니다. 흐름을 개선할 사람(예: 일본인)을 고용하세요!

리리뷰어We were surprised at the detail that went into this all earth-tone colored hotel. The rooms were clean and good hot water. The a/c and heat was a bit spotty as it was connected to a few other rooms as well, but they gave us a portable heater which worked fine. The staff were really friendly and “Vy” was absolutely incredible every day. Speaks good English as well. Breakfast was decent though the salad could have been better if more veggies were offered. The location is only 10 minutes or less from the lake and night market. A few more minutes walking and you’ll get to a super large supermarket inside the colorful dome. (Forgot the name). Outside the supermarket is a large area where you can rent a mini Segway for $2 for 20 minutes. Overall, you can’t go wrong for the very reasonable price. Howard S.

리리뷰어호텔은 Dalat 센터에서 약간 떨어져 있지만 Tuyen Lake에서 매우 멋진 주변 환경을 갖춘 매우 큰 화합물입니다. 방은 넓고 좋았고 매우 깨끗했습니다.

리리뷰어방은 꽤 낡았지만 깨끗합니다. 따뜻하게 환영합니다, 열정. 리조트 투숙객과 자연을 사랑하는 이들에게 적합한 이 호텔은 신선한 녹지 공간, 호숫가 길을 1바퀴 걷는 것은 새소리만이 들리는 고요함 속에서 마음의 휴식을 시도하는 경험입니다. 이곳은 sacom 또는 prenn pass에서 호수 왼쪽에 있는 가장 먼 휴양지이므로 많은 사람들이 두려워할 것이며 불이 꺼진 저녁 길은 조금 무서울 것입니다. 하지만 리조트에는 도심으로 가는 셔틀 버스가 있으므로 누구나 이용해야 합니다.
