Spaces:Unique kitchen and living/dining room for 8 guests with a bar/restaurant theme including 2 high top tables and a booth. Downstairs has lounge with ping pong and cabinet video game with hundreds of titles. Out back there’s a screened deck with table and chairs (seats 6). Or try the lower deck with furniture and grill. Or head over to the lighted firepit area which has room for everyone, plus a picnic table. Location:You're in it! Step out the door, you may hear Marching Mizzou! You're one block from Green Meadows and one over is Grindstone which are both packed with retail/restaurants. Check map.Sleep:At some point you'll want to sleep. No problem! We have great beds. Two bedrooms upstairs and two downstairs. Up has primary bdrm and kid friendly room with bunks (has a 250# weight limit if you're looking to relive college!). Downstairs has two bdrms and an access door. There's also a futon and ingenious fold out ottoman which puts our capacity at 8. SHORT TERM LEASES AVAILABLE IF NEEDED! SPARKLING CLEAN!! You will love your peaceful getaway at Piedmont Palace! Guests have a private entrance accessed through the back yard. Concierge service available for your luggage upon request until sidewalk is complete. Come relax on the patio and enjoy the fire pit. We are kid friendly and have a trampoline and swing in the back yard as well as a playground and basket ball court in our neighborhood just a few blocks away. We are located just 5 minutes from I-70 and 63 and less than a 10 minute drive to MIZZOU, University Hospital, and downtown. You will enjoy your stay and have the complete lower level of our home with your own entrance and keypad. We live upstairs but try to keep the noise to a minimum. Guests have access to a microwave, mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and assorted glassware. The kitchenette is stocked with a wine opener, can opener, coffee cups, wine glasses, beer mugs, and silverware, so guests are able to prepare food and drinks. Piedmont Palace provides coffees, creamers, snacks, and drinks. There is a queen size bed in the bedroom with ample closet space, a ceiling fan, a tabletop fan, hangers, and a dresser. An ironing board and iron are available as well. Towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are available. There is a twin size bed, too! We also offer 2 BRAND NEW queen air Mattresses with built-in pumps. We offer extra bedding, as well. Cozy up in front of the fireplace with one of the many comfy throws while accessing Netflix and Disney+ on our flatscreen TV. Wi-Fi is available. Guests are given their own code for the private entry door for easy coming and going. 리리뷰어I really only booked the room to have a place to sleep and shower for two nights, and the hotel got one of these right. The shower was a problem because, when the shower was turned on, water would gather on the ceiling and rain down. It was very unpleasant, so I skipped a shower on my second night, took a video of the problem, and shared my concern and the video with hotel staff when I checked out. Other than that, the room and common areas seemed to be mostly clean, although I cleaned things in the room that housekeeping clearly didn't get to (e.g., a sticky microwave knob). I also found the elevators intolerably hot. Yes, it was record heat outside, but I don't understand why the elevator cars weren't air conditioned like the rest of the hotel common areas. As for breakfast, it was okay for consumers of the standard American diet - I.e., high fat, high sugar - and, as a whole-food plant-based consumer, not terribly appealing. But, this is mid-America.

특히 가성비가 좋은 곳입니다. 여기에는 부끄럽거나 불쾌한 것이 없습니다. 데스크 직원은 친절했습니다.

리리뷰어전반적으로 주방과 2개의 풀 사이즈 침대가 있는 편의 시설을 갖추고 있어 머물기에 좋은 곳이었습니다. 그러나 나는 금연실을 선택했습니다. 홀 아래의 누군가가 담배를 피우고 있었기 때문에 실제로 중요하지 않았습니다. 구멍 장소를 끔찍하게 만들고 방에 머물기가 어려웠습니다.

RRightRoundI was nervous at first, but man, these people were nice. It was well cleaned. Outdated, but clean. I had the K Ste and it was very spacious with plent of seating and a table for a small group of travelers. My favorite thing about this motel was the water pressure!! There’s nothing more important than water pressure! :) Best on-the-road shower I have ever had. So this place gets 5 stars from me because they maintain a safe and clean environment for travelers. What more are we really asking for!? ;)
