호텔은 매우 좋고 방은 크고 깨끗하며 위생적입니다. 좋습니다. 다음에도 라인강 옆에 다시 묵을 것입니다. 멀지 않은 곳에 대성당 보행자 거리가있어 매우 편리합니다.

The pluses and negatives of this hotel are: Good Points: Premium location, the hotel is only a short 10 min walk down the hill and to the right from the station bringing you to a quiet courtyard 1 block back from the main Heumarkt square (left hand side of the square) A modern, boutique sized hotel Comfy bed Quiet from an outside noise perspective, especially given its next to the main bar / restaurant areas of Cologne Clean Negatives Pillows too soft Double rooms very compact with minimal storage space for luggage Walls very thin, you can hear every conversation clearly of your neighbours Continental breakfast at 15 euro was overpriced imo for the choice available if not included in room rate No bar/relaxation area to sit in, if you are wanting to use hotel facilities to relax No tea/coffee making facilities in room, kettle available on request Walk in shower was nice but as bathroom is so small you end up having a slippy floor, and be careful of the floor rails where the glass shower panel runs as raised and easy to trip over Mini bar was empty other than 2 complimentary bottles of water (not that we usually purchase from mini bar) but worth noting if you do Overall on a personal note we paid a high room rate for our particular 2 night break due to it been a peak weekend of events going on in Cologne which were unknown to us when we originally booked the flights and decided on this hotel. It was not worth 500 euros, I would say 350 / max 400, and this is mainly due to the location. Perfectly functional for a short break at the right price.

Definitely one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in and the best hotel from Accor Hotels. I had accidentally booked the wrong dates for my stay. As soon as I realised it, I contacted the hotel. The staff helped me to change my reservation dates. While on my trip, due to the strikes in France and problems with the train connections I had to postpone my meeting online. I sent an email to request to check in early since I will be having my meeting at 1 p.m. Ms Wulff made the necessary arrangements prior to my arrival. On my arrival I was able to check in early and able to proceed with my online meeting. Without her help I would not be able to conduct my meeting. On the next day, I had another online meeting. Her colleague made the necessary arrangements so that the housekeeping team could get the room cleaned before lunch and my next online appointment. Till date I have stayed in a number of hotels from the Accor Hotels group. In comparison to M Gallery am Konzerthaus in Wien, Hotel Mondial am Dom in Cologne exceeds my expectations. Professionalism The staff at the reception were not only friendly and good at what they are doing, they are also willing to help and went an extra mile to make things possible. I would not have been able to get my work done if they did not help me. Even when checking out, the staff was professional and showed interest to assist customers whenever they dan. Splendid Location Situation a few minutes walk from the train station and the main city area, is this hotel definite one of the most strategic location in Cologne. View of the Cathedral I managed to get a glimpse of the cathedral from my room. Dinner I had dinner at the hotel restaurant. It was not only affordable, the service was impeccable. The waiter even suggested where I could sit so that I can get the best view of the area. Awesome! I would like to thank the remarkable staff for making my stay in Köln memorable und unforgettable. I would definitely be staying in this hotel again when I visit Cologne. In German (Deutsch) Das Hotel Mondial in Köln ist mein Favorit und ist mit Sicherheit das Hotel von der Accor Hotel Gruppe. Ich habe bei der Buchung das falsche Datum eingegeben und musste meine Buchung ändern. Die Mitarbeiterin. hat mir geholfen meine Buchung zu ändern. Wegen Streiks und Probleme mit Deutsch Bahn musste ich meine Termine verschieben. Ich habe das Hotel gefragt ob ich früher einchecken kann um mein Termin online wahr zu nehmen. Frau Wullf hat alles für mich arrangiert damit ich meinen Termin online fortsetzen kann. Am nächsten Tag habe ich auch einen Termin online. Der Kollege von Frau Wulff hat mit dem Housekeeping-Team koordiniert damit das Zimmer von 13 Uhr fertig gereinigt ist. Dadurch könnte ich meinen Termin um 14 Uhr wahrnehmen. In diesem Hotel sind die Mitarbeiter:innen nicht nur freundlich sondern auch hilfsbereit. Diese Motivation ist leider eine Seltenheit auch bei den Luxus-Marken von Accor. Our stay was AMAZING! We enjoyed the view from our hotel room, we would love to visit again definitely. The front desk staffs are friendly and carpark nearby.

Exactly what you’d expect from an ibis hotel. Rooms were very small but clean, and adequate for just showering and sleeping every night. Good location right near Barbarossaplatz station, lines 16 and 18 can take you straight into the city centre. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but right next to the station was a ‘BackWerk’ which had all you’d need for a quick breakfast.

I stayed for 2 nights on a trip through Europe. The hotel is centrally located, just a few minutes walk from the beautiful Cologne Cathedral. What I liked: The great location. The friendly staff. Exceptionally clean. Great Breakfast with lots on offer. Easily accessible. The bed was comfortable. What I didn’t like: The room I was given was tiny with no window. It was so so hot and sadly that affected my sleep. The room had air conditioning but it didn’t work and just circulated hot air. However, the kind man on reception offered me another room, but I was already settled and for such a short stay didn’t want to pack everything up again. Regardless of that, I’d be happy to stay here again and the price I paid was incredibly reasonable, being so close to the centre of the city.

호텔은 기차역에서 도보로 (단 몇 분) 쉽게 걸어 갈 수 있습니다. 호텔에서 볼 수있는 대성당까지 도보로 약 2 분 거리입니다. 오전 8시 및 다른 시간에 종소리가 크게 울립니다. 객실은 적당한 크기이며 침대는 매우 편안합니다. 깨끗하고 방에는 샤워 시설이있는 금고, TV, 욕실이 있습니다 (이상하게는 샤워 커튼이나 화면이 없습니다-바닥이 꽤 젖어 있습니다). 아침 식사는 좋으며 크로와상, 토스트, 베이컨, 계란, 소시지, 빵, 시리얼, 햄, 살라미스, 치즈, 커피, 차, 온수 및 정말 멋진 과일 주스에서 일반적인 범위의 따뜻한 음식과 차가운 음식을 포함합니다. (호텔에서 맛본 것 중 가장 좋은 것 중 일부). 식사 공간의 직원들은 정말 즐겁고 친절했습니다. 리셉션 직원은 조금 더 다양했지만 정중하고 효율적이었습니다. 호텔 외부는 그리 좋아 보이지 않지만 일반적으로 즐겁고 내부의 훌륭한 기지입니다. 옆집에는 편의점과 케밥 집의 일부 유형이 있으며 집과 정확히 동일합니다. McDonalds는 길 건너편에 있습니다. 우리는 모든 크리스마스 시장 (우리가 대부분의 식사를 한 곳)과 시내 중심과 라인강으로 걸어갔습니다. 모두 도보 거리에 있습니다. 체크아웃시 가방을 두고 나중에 다시 올 수 있는 가방방이 있습니다. 사람들이 거리에서 걸어들어 가방을 가져갔을 때 그 보안은 조금 느슨했습니다. 리셉션에 가서 내를 데려가고 있다고 말했고 그 여성은 ”괜찮아”라고 말하는 것처럼 보였다. 체크하지 마십시오. 거리에서 걸어 다니고 위층으로가는 사람들의 체크도 거의 없지만 방의 문은 꽤 안전했습니다. 방에 조명이 좋지 않고 호텔 주변의 조명이 연결에서 매달려있는 것 같습니다. 전반적으로 도시를 탐험하고 오가는 훌륭한 기지였습니다. 종과 좋은 아침 식사에도 불구하고 좋은 밤의 수면. 시내에 잠깐 쉬면서 다시 묵을 것 같습니다.

숙박 경험에 매우 만족하고 서비스 직원은 따뜻하고 배려심이 많으며 호텔 시설은 상태가 좋고 위치가 좋으며 주차가 쉽고 주변에 맛있는 레스토랑이 많습니다!

The Courtyard Marriott of Cologne was clean, beautiful and a great location. It was a short walk to the Central train Station and near all the sights of Cologne. I was only there for one night and did not get to experience the breakfast as we checked out before it was served, but they did provide me with a lunch box which included a ham and cheese sandwich, a banana and a water. There is coffee and boxed water 24 hours a day in the lobby. The beds were super comfortable and the temperature of the room was ideal, as we had control over the air conditioner, whereas other hotels we stayed in the same week, did not allow us control and we were very warm. The room we had was a nice size and the view was of the empty courtyard which was extrememly quiet and definitely highly desirable. Front staff upon checking in, was not friendly, however after check in everyone else we came in contact with was very friendly. I didn't get the ladies name at the front desk, but she definitely didn't give us a positive welcome. Glad her shift ended and everyone else we dealt with, and passed was extremely friendly and that is what the experience should be like.

We had 5 rooms during Orgatec Exhibition. Hotel was new, employees were kind, breakfast was good and in general it was a clean hotel. It is not in city center but really easy to reach Rudofplatz or Heumarkt with 2 Tram Lines and it takes only 5 stops. Also there were some restaurant and supermarkets around for our needs. Therefore we enjoyed our stay in hotel. Only thing which was negative, you need to inform reception each morning for cleaning rooms. Otherwise it was not cleaned. (we are not informed about this during check-in so we learned that after first day) Despite we informed that for each day, second day of our stay 2/5 rooms are not cleaned. Except this, it was all well clean
