라 퀸타 인 & 스위트 네이플스 다운타운(La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Naples Downtown)

The cable connection wasn’t working so no television. The internet connection was weak and I often loss connection while trying to attend a zoom meeting.

Average hotel with an above average cost. It is not a 1 minute walk from downtown! It is 1 mile from downtown. However, it was easy to get to. Just disappointed that it wasn’t a one minute walk away. That’s the reason I chose it! Thankfully, we brought along our bikes and was able to pass by the backed up traffic.

Just thought that the pool area needs some updating. Rear windows facing pool were in need of major cleaning

Great location, everything is super close. Everyone was very nice. Room was clean and had no issues with anything.

Great location close to 5th Ave shopping and restaurants. Very large room, bed was very comfortable. Nice lobby area and complimentary breakfast was good. Very reasonable for the Naples area.

Very nice hotel, conveniently located. Desk staff very helpful and friendly. Suite was nice, clean and roomy. Breakfast area attractive and clean. Only thing that was inconvenient was the laundry facilities. It takes $8 worth of quarters to wash and dry one load - that cost seems high and if it's going to be that much should be set up to take cards, because who carries 32 quarters?? Fortunately I had a few and the desk clerk had enough change to complete the process.

The hotel is very tired and in need of a complete face lift. Elevator dirty, button on the panel broken and covered in dirty tape. Very noisy a/c unit along with paper thin walls, and a very loud neighbour who kept his tv on until 3am. Very dissapointed in our choice of hotel. Thinking it was a Wyndham property, we had higher expectations.

The front desk clerk was not pleasant. She seemed to be annoyed for being there. No pleasant greeting and definitely not dressed professionally. The room smelled musty and the tub had yellow stain. The tub’s paint was chipped. The bed was lumpy. It was not a comfortable stay. By the coffee it smelled like a foul bathroom scent.

Excellent service checking in. No central air and old wall unit in 327 that had a loud whine which disturbed sleep repeatedly. When I spoke with assistant manager in the morning she sent up maintenance who said the noise was normal. I have stayed in hotels in Guatemala and Cuba in the last year with wall AC units that did not make noise like this. Because the staff was unwilling to rectify substandard room I will avoid La Quinta in the future
