Very Peaceful and scenic location...Very cooperative and understandble staff...good quality of food...overall whatever required for a great vacation experience...it gives all. First of all when we were late in reaching the resort..they call us directly and help us to reach the location...that means they care of their guests... staff is really polite and helpful in every way...and a very scenic vie wof balconies with spacious rooms and washrooms.. very clean and beautiful property.. overall much worthy of thier rates.. highly recommended

The resort is really good, we went through our self drive car the last 1.5 kms of the ride are a bit uphill that's the toughest part. The people are helpful we had to check out early they also provided us with breakfast kits which was helpful. Has a game area and view point. They also provide a trek although we didn't went for it but it would have been good. Overall a good stay :)

Nice stay. Spacious and Clean room. Staff behaviour is polite, friendly and supportive. Food taste is awesome. Location is perfect and view from hotel is also good. Old Munnar market 2km away. Nearby all amenities avil.

Location near to centre and every other location easoly accessible. Room are neat and tidy hot water available for most of the day supportive staffs parking place available food menu limited. Better to look for outside food

Location is good, Food is over priced, room is OK, toilet is dirty, sticky, oily toilet floors, mouldy ceiling, one staff by the name Pradeep he was really helpful and a good one but rest of the reception staff was kind off cunning. The morning buffet was really good. To be honest one staff made my stay unpleasant. Today morning at 9:30 while we got out of the hotel for sight seeing he followed me out to the parking he asked me sir are you checking out now so I replied my check out time is 12 pm and not now so he said I want you to know that you have to report before 12 to check out. It was like he wanted us out of the hotel as early as possible, so I really got pissed off cancelled my plans for sight seeing near by and then check out instead I checked out that moment itself and informed Mr Pradeep that staff spoke like this and I am checking out now and I left.

Staff was good and supportive. Room was also good neat and clean. I have booked breakfast also it's tasty. You can book without any doubt.
