'The facilities and amenities are actually good, but the offer of the room type does not actually mathces the description and picture associated. When we pick kaaba view and we see that the picture associated is clear kaaba view, the perception is the room is clear kaaba view without obstruction. However, it's disappointing to find out that the view of the romm to the kaaba was actually obstructed by a crane. This should not happe'

'The hotel was great, clean, and staff is extremely welcoming & helpful… the location of the hotel is a bit far from the masjid al-Haram, however, the hotel has their own buss waiting right outside the hotel lobby operating 24/7 to drop you to Sheb Amer bus station… also the bus waits for you in section A platform C-23'

'Very nice hotel with a great breakfast welcoming people at the reception. Amazing cleaning of the room when done. It is a shame that the service is not consistent across the hotel’s employee. Cashier at the Atrium cafe was really slow and awful next to him very friendly pizza guy who did a great pizza. Shuttle to go to the haram with again inconsistent service. As evidence a picture of the driver enjoying chatting with his colleague from double tree hotel while we were waiting in the car.'

'Very good hotel. Around 6-10 minute walk from the Haram. It’s also got the highest sky masallah viewpoint which has amazing views Mashallah. Breakfast was also very good, and would definitely recommend. The only slight issue was weak WIFI (we were on the 28th floor). But this got addressed after day 2 (we were there for a total of 5 nights).'

'Hotel was clean snd good Location also its 10 min walk or you csn take a taxi to Haram for 5 to 10 reyal which is also ok just one note avoid the corner room as the storage room for the cleaning team is beside it and sometimes they make noise while they are taking the cleaning tools or storing something there but the rest of my stay was fine also they allowed me to check in at 10 am as the room was ready and available.'

'환상적인 호텔. 매우 깨끗합니다(그리고 향기로운 로비). 우리는 Haram 전망이 있는 트윈 디럭스 룸을 가지고 있었습니다. 넓고 편안하며 플러시. 아침 식사도 좋은 시간(6:00~10:30)으로 견고했습니다. 우리는 금요일에 체크 아웃했고 그들은 Jummah salah 이후에 체크 아웃 할 수있었습니다. 호텔은 실제로 하람과 매우 가깝습니다. 온라인 리뷰에서 나는 확신하지 못했지만 실제로는 King Fahd Gate 79까지 도보로 몇 분 거리입니다. 하람에 들어가기 위해 시계탑 호텔보다 문에서 문으로 빠른 것 같습니다. 하람에서 호텔로 돌아오려면 성원을 빠져나오는 위치에 따라 조금 더 길고 약간의 오르막길로 인해(매우 까다로운 것은 없으며 노인이 아닌 것은 괜찮을 것입니다) 바쁜 시간에는 산책로가 혼잡합니다. 또는 호텔 정문에서 거리 수준까지 2분 이내에 운행하는 셔틀이 있습니다. 거기에서 에스컬레이터/리프트를 타고 하람까지 이동합니다. 적극 추천합니다. 여기의 유일한 단점은 욕실에 로션이 없으며 샤워 수압/온도가 그렇게 높지 않았습니다(매우 사소한 문제!)'

The check-in and check-out process was smooth, the housekeeping team did a great job throughout our stay, and the breakfast spread offered a wide variety of options every day. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the Kaaba view from our room. It was truly a memorable and special experience that we will always cherish.
