房間各方面應該有年頭了。服務還行，不建議選擇他們送的海景早餐，還不如自助早餐。

A wonderful hotel deserving of it's 5 star rating with excellent service by their lovely attentive staff. A good selection of very tasty dishes both at breakfast and dinner. Spacious rooms and very comfortable beds and pillows. We stayed in the Imperial Wing with our own private pool which unfortunately because it was October was quite cool. But a cold shower before the pool was sufficient to still enjoy it. Nice touches from the hotel, wine in the room on arrival, a complimentary cocktail, a discount food and soft drink voucher, chocolate on the bed every evening and a goodbye gift of local tea. Plenty of sun loungers both on the beach around the pool and garden areas. Everywhere was beautifully maintained.

Amazing, fabulous, mind blowing and just perfect. From the unbelievably wonderfully attentive staff, the hugely talented chefs to the hotel position and landscape. There is a private beach, terraced sunbathing and sunbed waiter service, no matter where your sunbed is.

Not a real 5 star product. Nice: - imperial rooms, bathroom and furniture - beach area at imperial side. Not nice: Lacks real 5 star atmosphere in public areas and restaurants. Many design elements are not nice. The rooms lacks a proper desk light, if you need to check your laptop or write something. Lights in ceiling restaurant partly broken Restaurants are like staff restaurants, they lack 5 star style and decoration. Wine is of 5 star price level, very small glass of basic wine for 5 euro. Most are 7 euro. Bottles far too expensive for a not so nice restaurant. The buffet food is very simple and plain. It is not a 5 star level. The desert corner is better. Breakfast: many types of bread but not one of really nice quality’s. The egg station staff couldn’t prepare a proper fried egg. I would go next time I would book a room in the main building across the street, the rooms are better value. The imperial rooms don’t add real value, especially out of the season, when the diner is in the main building and the reception too. You can easily cross the street via the hotel bridge. Happy we booked only for 1 night.

We absolutely loved this hotel! It is right on the beach and the pools are great too. We thought our balcony would face the street or perhaps other buildings but we were pleasantly surprised by the lovely Mountain-view from our balcony. The bus stops right in front of the hotel and can take you to Chania for example. The staff was very helpful as well, they helped us hire a car and explained the bus-schedule. There are lovely restaurants and shops in Platanias so you don’t necessarily háve to leave. The only downside is that all-incl or dinner/lunch at the restaurant is a little pricey. That’s alright though, enough places to choose from in the neighbourhood.

Woow Woow Im just in my first day of one week . Everything its excellent, quality quality quality I came yesterday at 21:00 . Get soft drink and very nice welcoming gift ( a la carts breakfast ) Very nice and quality pool area Tips : take all inclusive because drinks it’s lite bit expensive but we missed that I recommended

Wonderful stay, currently here for 2 weeks, and a week in now and has been perfect stay, all staff are helpful and friendly. Pool area is lovely in the main section, we prefer it to the imperial section pool area, more atmosphere and pools to choose from. Breakfast is a wide selection and is great quality. We are on the 3rd floor 316 and the room is large and modern, and the view is spectacular of the sea and pools. When we arrived we had a cake and processco as well as red wine as it is our anniversary, a lovely touch. On top of this we have free spa access and a complimentary head massage. Very thoughtful from the hotel. Hope our second week is equally amazing here! One tiny thing would be her cushions on the sun beds for comfort as they are not great for all day round the pool.
