호텔 서비스가 훌륭하고 매우 친절합니다. 이전 도시의 버스 티켓이 부족해서, 우리는 여기 오기 위해 야간 버스를 탔습니다. 우리가 호텔에 도착했을 때는 아침 6시였습니다. 프런트 데스크에서 친절하게 우리를 일찍 체크인해 주시고, 방에서 쉬게 해 주셨습니다. 여행 중에 이런 서비스를 경험한 것은 정말 좋은 경험이었습니다. 호텔 객실은 넓고, 위치도 매우 좋습니다. 고대 도시에서 단 몇 걸음 떨어진 곳에 있습니다. 위생상태는 양호하나, 방음이 약간 부족합니다.

位置在老城中心，去景點很方便。有地下停車場，房間比較小，加了沙發床後不太好轉身。早餐很棒。

침대는 편안했지만, 가구가 방치된 듯한 느낌이었고, 욕실 문은 유리로 되어 있어 다소 불편했고, 손잡이가 없었습니다! 커튼이 암막 기능이 있어서 필요 이상으로 오래 잠을 잘 수 있어요. 미니바에는 비용 정보가 없습니다. 비용 정보를 볼 수 있는 QR 코드가 작동하지 않기 때문입니다. 우리가 좋아했던 점은 그들이 매우 좋은 환영을 해줬다는 점이었고, 바가 문을 닫았음에도 불구하고 지역 신문을 읽을 수 있었는데, 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 복도에는 지역 예술가들의 작품이 전시되어 있습니다. 그들은 우리가 체크아웃한 후에도 여유롭게 점심을 먹고 도시에 작별 인사를 할 수 있도록 도와주었습니다.

테라스, 킹사이즈 침대, 넓은 객실을 원하시면 프리미엄 룸을 예약하세요. 사실은 그랬지만, 밤에 에어컨 통풍구에서 소리가 나는 게 들리자 우리는 놀랐습니다. 우리는 그것을 꺼두었지만 아무것도 나오지 않았습니다. 새벽 1시, 우리는 여러 가지를 생각해 본 끝에 리셉션에 전화했고, 그들은 복도의 난방에 문제가 있을 수 있다며 위층으로 올라가서 난방을 꺼줄 것이라고 했습니다. 새벽 2시에 다시 전화해서 이미 예약이 취소되었고, 유일한 해결책은 더 작은 방을 주는 것이라고 했습니다. 우리는 휴식을 취하고 싶어서 친구와 함께 간 것이 아니라, 왕복 비행 시간이 7시간인데 이런 일이 일어났다고 말했습니다. 그녀는 일반 객실은 105유로이고 프리미엄 객실은 생일에 보내준 할인으로 103.60유로에 주차비 14유로가 추가되었다고 말했습니다. 저는 그에게 방을 바꿔 달라고 했고, 그는 3층이나 2층에 있는 방을 선택하라고 했습니다. 저는 그에게 3층을 선택하라고 했습니다. 그 층에 친구가 몇 명 있으니까요. 그러자 그는 안 돼, 소리가 덜 들리는 2층이 더 낫다고 했습니다. 저는 내일 아침에 불만을 제기하겠다고 했습니다. 아침에 리셉션에 갔더니 돈은 돌려주겠다고 하면서 객실 요금과 주차 요금을 합쳐 90유로를 청구한다고 합니다. 우리는 지쳐 있었고 아직 돌아갈 길도 남아 있었는데, 그들은 우리에게 그 금액을 청구하고 있었습니다. 우리가 아무것도 지불하지 않는다는 것은 정말 부끄러운 일입니다. 그들이 쉴 수 없는 유일한 이유는 에어컨이 고장났기 때문입니다. 게다가, 아침에 뜨거운 욕조에 몸을 담그고 테라스를 즐길 계획이어서 프리미엄 플랜을 예약했지만, 아무 일도 일어나지 않았습니다. 당신 때문에 최악의 돈을 쓰고 운전하기 너무 피곤해요

We last stayed here four years ago and liked it a lot. This time we really loved it! We came back on the strength of the hotel being so close to all the historic sights and because of the fabulous apple cake at the breakfast buffet. Both were still as good! We had a room facing the street on the 2nd floor and, thanks to two sets of double glazed windows, it was nice and quiet. Modern and with everything we needed: a safe, fridge, nice toiletries, comfy beds. All the staff were so friendly, especially the young man on reception from Zafra. Highly recommended. We were a week in this hotel and think it does not warrant 4 stars as there are no facilities. Very impersonal but location is good. Beds comfortable, good breakfast. However we were on the top floor with 2 terraces we could not use because of the sun and no umbrellas. When there was some shade on one terrace there were no chairs There does not seem to be any staff besides for breakfast. As previously mentioned neither a bar nor a restaurant availale. A hotel run by accountants, completely impersonal.

Great location in best part of downtown, lots to see , attractions etc. the only down side no bar or restaurant vacilities. Not sure why this was. So check before you book. Our room was super with lovely patio with views over the city, beautiful when all lit up.

Lo mejor del hotel es su ubicación ya que está a dos minutos andando de la Plaza Mayor de Cáceres. Es un hotel que necesita una renovación. Es funcional y digno, pero tiene un mobiliario ya un poco ajado. Sólo pernoctamos, durante 5 noches, no usamos ningún otro servicio salvo el parking que merece comentario aparte. El acceso al parking es mediante ascensor con una entrada no demasiado fácil para coches largos. Yo estuve cinco noches y una de ellas, evidentemente por confiarme, rayé el coche. Las plazas son practicables siempre y cuando cada uno de los usuarios sea responsable, en cuanto uno deja el coche mal anula, al menos, una plaza más además de la que ocupa. Cuando llegue la hotel solicité el parking y me informaron de que eran 14 euros por noche, bien, sin problema, contraté la plaza. Lo que no me podía imaginar es que sólo quedaba una disponible, la que yo contraté... acto seguido entró otro cliente y el informaron de que ya no quedaban plazas, pero que un poco más adelante en la misma calle había un parking público abierto las 24h cuyo coste era de 12€ el día completo... se me quedó cara tonto... en fin... detallito sin mayor importancia, pero hay que cuidar esas cosas. je je. A pesar de todo, por su ubicación, recomendable.

Muy buen hotel en el centro de Cáceres. Ismael nos atendió estupendamente y nos dio información muy adecuada sobre restaurantes y sitios a visitar . Habitación espaciosa y limpieza correctísima. Hay parking en el propio hotel por 14€ al día. Lo recomiendo mucho

Cama confortável e bom pequeno almoço. Perto do centro e de um parque de estacionamento. Se não fumarem peçam quarto para não fumadores, eu não sou fumadora e fiquei num quarto com cheiro horrível de tabaco. Funcionários atenciosos e educados.

Hicimos parada en Cáceres una noche.El hotel está en el centro histórico.Pudimos dar un paseo y ver todo el interior de la muralla. La habitación muy bien.Limpio y confortable. Había sitios muy cerca para desayunar y cenar. El aparcamiento es en un ascensor, pero estaba bien.

El hotel está muy bien situado, muy cerca del casco histórico de la ciudad. Las instalaciones muy correctas, las habitaciones confortables, el personal muy atento y el desayuno bastante bien. Tiene parking pero a escasos metros hay uno público que sale más económico. Una buena opción para alojarse en Cáceres

Necesita renovación, muy antiguo, en el baño con bañera es muy incómodo para ducharse. La cafetería cerrada el fin de semana. Por otro lado el hotel muy limpio y el personal muy atento. Situación en pleno centro, perfecta y sin embargo en una calle muy tranquila.

El hotel está ubicado en pleno centro, al lado de la Plaza Mayor. El personal muy amable con recomendaciones de restaurantes de la zona. Habitaciones bien insonorizadas, camas confortables (muy importante los dos). Tienen parking a pagamento super cómodo de montacarga. Volvería sin duda.
