'This hostel/hotel is located in a quiet part of Cusco, but easily walkable to the centre ”where, it's all happening”. The room was very spacious and the bedding very warm. I could imagine the rooms may be a little cold in winter as I saw no form of heating
. On the top floor you can help yourself to tea and water. Breakfast was decent, in relation to how much the room costs per night. No English was spoken on site, so be prepared to use Google translate if you don't speak Spanish! I'd definitely stay here again. Showers did give hot water but it could be intermittent. Nice roof terrace if you want to sit and chill in the sun. (See photos). If you want to pay using a credit card there's a 5% service charge on top.'

Plaza de armasに徒歩数分の距離にあり、帰路は坂道ですが、よほど疲れていなければ難なく歩ける距離にありとても良かったです。立地もとても静かな通りに位置していたので、車通りもあまり多くなく、騒音が気になることは少なかったです。アメニティはシャンプー、リンス、ボディウォッシュ、ドライヤー、ティーが数種類、電気ケトルがありました。昔ながらの建築をリノベーションした建物だったので、天井がとても高く開放感があり、荷物を広げても充分な広さがありました。スタッフの方もとても親切で、モーニングは通常7時からでしたが、ツアーへの参加のため少しだけ早くに外出する旨を伝えたところ快く朝食の用意をしていただきました。ホテルの出入りの際は毎回ドアの解錠をしてもらう必要があるため、セキュリティ面も安心でした。フロントでは数種類ですが、水、炭酸飲料を買うこともできる様でした。'

객실은 편안하고 깨끗하며 아늑한 침대와 히터가 항상 제공됩니다. 내 방에는 TV가 없지만 솔직히 근처에 모든 것이있어 놓치지 않을 것입니다 😄
매우 도움이되는 직원, 진정으로 내가 만난 가장 지원적인 직원. 그들은 믿을 수 없을 정도로 수용적이었고 Rappi가 작동하지 않고 음식을 주문해야 할 늦은 밤에 여러 번 나를 도왔습니다.
일찍 투어(4:00, 5:00, 6:00 AM)가 있다면 미리 알려주십시오. 아침 식사를 일찍 기꺼이 준비할 것입니다. 정말 감사했습니다.

Without exaggeration, Belmond Monasterio is the best hotel in Cusco. Even after trying two other higher-priced Belmond properties and the JW Marriott, I still firmly believe this is the ultimate choice.
The beauty of this hotel is beyond words. The elegant public spaces and tranquil gardens create an atmosphere of timeless serenity. The classic, historic walls whisper stories of the past, while the dazzling golden chapel adds a breathtaking sense of grandeur. Every detail is a masterpiece.
Yet, what truly sets Belmond Monasterio apart is its service. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their service attitude is impeccable—perhaps the best in South America. A prime example: when I lost my credit card, they found it and returned it promptly. Compared to the Los Cabos Waldorf (which I mention due to its premium pricing), this hotel’s service is on another level—infinitely more personal, thoughtful, and heartfelt.
I would love to give special recognition to my butler, though unfortunately, I have forgotten his name.
In short, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Endless love for Belmond Monasterio.

리리뷰어We had a wonderful stay here. Johann and Jose were so friendly and hospitable. We had to change rooms several times because of our schedule and they made sure everything worked perfectly. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location is very central. We can only recommend to stay here!

SS_KKThe rooms were clean and comfortable with a storage heater and hot shower. About 10 minutes walk to the main square. However, when we arrived it was a little strange for us when the receptionist said that we didn't have a booking there even though we had and I had the confirmation receipt to show him. He wasn't responsive until I called Trip.com online service, and then he continued looking and said that he actually found it, so maybe be aware of this happening when you arrive. It was also a little strange that after they checked us in, we had a lot of luggage and staff showed us to the rooms that were quite a walk away and up one set of stairs and two sets of elevators, that they didn't help with anything of the bags. We only noticed this as we had much better service in other hotels in Cusco.

리리뷰어I stayed at this hotel twice; in between I went to Macchu Pichu and left the baggage at the hotel.
Location wise - it’s very central with a PeruRail office next door albeit the other ones are not too far.
Reception is 24hr and there is a nice courtyard with a restaurant as well as a common area with a kitchen at the back.
I stayed in the Teepee tent on both occasions; first time the rate was more affordable at around gbp40/night. In July, the night gets cold. But the tent does have additional blankets and a heater. This worked except on the last night as it seems it stopped in middle of the night. Without the heater, the room was quite cold. The common bathroom is at the back; the showers are ok and you get enough privacy. I noticed the hot water does take a while to come through. I left the baggage in the storage - no issues. Overall good but for same price bracket I would try somewhere else.

리리뷰어마추픽추에 가서 하룻밤을 묵을 예정이어서 호텔에 두 번 따로 예약을 했습니다. 첫 번째 예약으로 이 호텔에서 첫날을 보냈는데, 두 번째 예약 요금을 함께 지불하라는 안내를 받았습니다. 영수증은 없었지만 오해는 없을 거라고 안심시켜 주었습니다. 짐을 챙겨 리셉션에 맡기고 체크아웃 후 다시 체크인하라고 했습니다. 첫 번째 예약에서 두 번째 예약 요금을 왜 선불로 지불해야 했는지 잘 모르겠습니다(취소하고 싶었는데 취소할까 봐 걱정했던 것 같습니다). 이전 게시물에서 언급했듯이, 편의 시설이 심각하게 부족합니다. 물 공급이 부족하고, 파이프와 변기에서 물이 차는 소리가 매우 크고, 수도꼭지에서 나오는 물은 밤에는 사진과 같고, 투어 중이었던 어느 이른 아침에는 물이 졸졸졸 흘러내렸습니다. 간단히 말해서, 다시는 여기에 묵지 않을 것입니다.

리리뷰어It's a very nice hotel. Excellent location, delicious breakfast. They helped me visit all the sights of the Sacred Valley of the Incas, provided an inexpensive transfer to Machu Picchu, and suggested currency exchange offices with the best exchange rate. I highly recommend the hotel.

AAdam Nieuwenhout객실은 호텔에 필요한 모든 것이었습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했고 항상 당신의 숙박을 훌륭하게 만들고 싶어했습니다. 호텔은 주요 관광 플라자와 가깝지 않지만, 훌륭한 쇼핑 *****와 가깝고 동네는 좋습니다. 다시 여기에 머물고 싶습니다.

Первое - здесь нет отопления, ни одной батареи. На третий день пребывания я заболела из-за холода. Почитав отзывы, я поняла что можно попросить обогреватель, что я и сделала.
Второе - слышимость действительно сильная. Огромные щели в дверях номера. Слышно абсолютно всё - как люди приходят и уходят, смотрят телевизор , разговаривают и тд. Я часто просыпалась среди ночи, когда люди уезжали на экскурсии и хлопали дверью .
Третье - очень скудный завтрак! Буквально две булки на человека, немного масла, сыр и колбаса, джем и на маленьком блюдце подают скрембл , по напиткам чай, кофе и это весь завтрак .
Также у меня возникла проблема с завтраками для экскурсий. Я просила приготовить их для меня , но никто этого не сделал. У меня было две экскурсии и получается за два завтрака я просто выбросила деньги на ветер.
Четвертое - за 5 дней моего пребывания НИ РАЗУ не было уборки в номере, хотя я читала , что уборка ежедневная. На 4 день я спросила почему в моем номере не убирают и мне сказали, что я должна была отдать ключ от номера и тогда они бы убрались. Но мне конечно же о таких условиях никто не сказал :)
Ну и последнее , женщина , которая готовит завтраки , как мне показалось, не взлюбила меня из-за того что я не говорю по испански. При этом я видела что она была милой с другими гостями.
Я бы не советовала этот отель!

GGomezHotel Santa Maria was the best hotel during my stay in Peru, which included not only Cusco, but also Lima and Aguas Calientes. The bed was comfortable, the Wifi worked well and reliably, and the serice was excellent in several ways. For example, when I requested an airport pickup at 10 pm after flying 28 straight hours, a friendly driver picked me up. Ruby was particularly helpful and very friendly and wanted the best for me as a tourist in her country. She asked follow-up questions about my experience at Machu Picchu after getting back from Machu Picchu Pueblo. It waa great Spanish practice! The men front staff were also gentlemenly willing to help. In addition to the very hospitable demeanor, the tour service also saved my trip. I booked a separate city tour with a different company on Trip.com, but that tour never happened. However, the tour services of Santa Maria gave me exactly what I wanted from their own tour booking service managed by Edith. So, rest assured that service, too, is reliable. Be wary of online city tours done online in Cusco. No need to worry at this hotel, though. I used it also for the Rainbow Mountain excursion. With Hotel Santa Maria, I wouldn't have truly experienced Cusco, Peru! Mil gracias for helping me realize my dream trip to its fullest extent!
