리리뷰어호텔 자체는 좋았지 만 확인된 예약을 준수하지 못한 것은 용납할 수 없었습니다. 초과 예약으로 인해 우리 그룹의 사전 예약 중 일부가 변경되어 상당한 불편을 초래하고 계획을 방해했습니다.
확인된 예약은 정확히 확인된 것을 의미해야 합니다. 초과 예약은 사전에 계획하는 손님에게 존중이 부족한 열악한 비즈니스 관행입니다. 경영진은 명성을 더욱 손상시키기 전에 이 문제를 해결해야 합니다.

리리뷰어Wir waren als Mutter-Tochter auf der Reise. Die Unterkunft in diesem wunderschönen Riad war traumhaft. Es befindet sich gut erreichbar in der Medina. Das Riad Dar Saidi liegt sehr zentral. Wir sind 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof gelaufen. Issam ist sehr nett und hat sich gut um uns gekümmert. Das Zimmer im Riad ist orientalisch eingerichtet. Es wurde auf jedes Detail geachtet. Es ist sauber und friedlich. Wir haben geschlafen wie Königinnen und haben sehr reichhaltig gefrühstückt. Das Riad Dar Saidi kann ich sehr empfehlen.

리리뷰어Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Von dort ist der Hassanturm und die Medina fußläufig erreichbar. Auch die Straßenbahn fährt in direkter Umgebung.
Das Zimmer ist komfortabel und wurde gut gereinigt. Die Handtücher müssten jedoch mal getauscht werden, da sie sehr fleckig sind.
Größter Kritikpunkt ist das Frühstück.
Es gibt nicht viel Auswahl, was für uns erstmal okay wäre, aber es ist ständig was nicht vorhanden. Das Brot ist in winzige Stücke geschnitten. Es fehlen Löffel, Zangen o.ä. um die Lebensmittel vom Buffett zu entnehmen. Die Teller und das Besteck sind noch nass, die Tische nur teilweise gedeckt, man muss nach Kaffee und Besteck fragen und erntet dafür nur verwunderte Blicke.

리리뷰어位置不錯，比較市中心，門口可以停車，早餐是固定每人一份，可以請服務員添加煎雞蛋，服務還是不錯的。房間還算寬敞，中規中矩，我們訂了2間房，其中一間房的洗澡水不熱，第一個人洗的時候是温的，第二個人洗差不多就是涼的，但是第二天早上起床水倒是熱的，另一間房就沒這個問題，不知道什麼原因。如果洗澡水正常的話，那這個酒店性價比還算是可以。

가장 가까운 명소는 도보로 35~40분 거리에 있는 왕궁입니다. 나머지 지역까지 이동하는 데 시간이 더 오래 걸립니다. 메디나는 45~50분 거리에 있습니다.

리리뷰어The riad has a great location - just one turn from the main street. Everything is at hand - a green market street where you can buy fruit, vegetables, fish and anything you like. While booking we were promised a “Luxury Double Room” but in fact it was extremely small, without any amenities. Without cabinet, without hanger - just only a number of hooks on the wall. The toilet was also very small. The room smelled like sewer - we had to open the window all the time to ventilate the room.
The breakfast served at the roof terrace was tasty.
The personnel was really friendly and very helpful.
I can recommend this riad for its location. Just adjust your expectations to the reality - and you’ll enjoy staying in it!

리리뷰어I stayed expecting a proper 5-star experience, but unfortunately my stay was disappointing in several aspects.
The furniture and overall room condition felt outdated and poorly maintained. The cleanliness standards were below expectations, especially the bed sheets, which did not appear clean upon arrival..
Breakfast was another major disappointment. The quality and variety were very average and definitely not at the level expected from a hotel presenting itself as luxury
What surprised me most was that the hotel seemed more focused on management presence, security teams, and formalities than on improving the actual guest experience and comfort.
Overall, I did not feel this hotel delivers the standard or value of a true 5-star property, and I would personally not choose to stay here agai
