도착했을 때 고대 도시의 도로가 폐쇄되어 차로 들어갈 수 없었습니다. 주인분께서 먼저 연락을 주셔서 상황을 자세히 설명해 주시고, 교차로에서 기다리시다가 친절하게 걸어서 숙소까지 안내해 주셨습니다. 소통도 신속하고 친절했습니다.
숙소는 기대 이상으로 훌륭했습니다. 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗하고 아름답고 편안한 분위기였습니다. 주인분께서는 저희를 옥상 테라스로 안내해 주셔서 멋진 전망을 보여주시고 사진도 찍어 주시는 등 세심한 배려가 느껴졌습니다.
둘째 날 아침 식사는 정말 최고였습니다. 소박하지만 맛있었고, 특히 주인분께서 직접 구워주신 계란 프라이는 일품이었습니다.
체크아웃 후 있었던 작은 일도 큰 감동을 주었습니다. 실수로 방에 신용카드와 세면도구를 두고 나와서 나중에 다시 찾아가야 했는데, 주인분께서 친절하게 도와주셨습니다. 주인분께서 모든 물건을 미리 깔끔하게 정리하고 안전하게 보관해 주셔서, 저희는 아무 문제 없이 가져갈 수 있었습니다. 이러한 책임감 있는 모습 덕분에 안심하고 묵을 수 있었습니다.
전반적으로 소통도 원활하고 편안하며 안심되는 경험이었습니다. 주인분은 친절하고 도움을 아끼지 않으셨고, 게스트하우스는 모든 면에서 세심한 배려가 느껴지는 깨끗하고 정돈된 공간이었습니다. 강력 추천합니다!'

VVladimirOvЧудесный дом - тихо, чисто, красиво, удобно расположенный на краю Медины. С парковкой нет проблем - рядом и по нормальной цене (стоит заранее предупредить, что нужна). Вкусный марокканский ужин - можно заказать на определенное время за доп.плату. Хозяин всегда на связи и готов помочь. Если нужно выехать рано, то вам предложат завтрак с собой. Самые приятные впечатления. Спасибо!

우리의 2일 체류는 매혹적이었습니다. 객실은 넓고 편안했으며 현대적인 편의 시설을 갖춘 전통적인 모로코 장식으로 장식되어 탐험의 하루를 보낸 후 호화로운 휴양지를 제공했습니다. 직원들은 항상 통찰력있는 추천으로 세심한주의를 기울였으며 우리의 체류에 모든 차이를 만들었습니다.
Riad Algila는 Fes의 활기찬 태피스트리 속에서 고요함과 아름다움의 휴식을 제공하는 모로코 환대의 본질을 진정으로 구현합니다.

리리뷰어The staff was super nice. They offered tea when I felt sick. Especially the breakfast staff was very nice and attentive, Yunus has helpful all along.
However there were a couple of things that we did not like. We had booked a room that in the end was not where we stayed. They told us they'd give us a better room, as the original one was too noisy. I suppose that was true, that the original was too noisy, the one we got did not get sounds from the interior, although it was way too loud outside. Bring earplugs. Also, out bathroom did not have a door, only a curtain, and had a pretty uncomfortable configuration. The towels were not fully clean.

AAngie Laibaby ArmchannelLove this Riad, it is so clean and beautiful inside and the roof top with a nice Panorama view . Before arriving the riad, they sent me an email asking my WhatsApp so they can send me the exact location and so video clips for me to know how to get there since Google map doesn’t work when getting inside the Medina . They said if I really couldn’t find the way, they could pick me up in one of the entrances to the riad. I thought I could find it but I failed so I called them. One of the staff came out immediately and helped me my luggage. The two young staff there are very helpful and friendly. Since I was so late to arrive , so one staff (should be called Abdullah) brought me out again so I can Rmb how to get out and in again next time. The other young staff also brought me where I can find friendly convenient store nearby to get essentials. Love them and so helpful. The breakfast was nice too. The AC inside the Room is good and the water pressure and the heat were good too ! Highly recommend this Riad when u travel to fez next time. Rmb to bring ur amenities since they do not provide any bathing items or toothbrush. Recommend the riad to have a rubbish bin in the room instead of just inside the toilet.

Chambre propre et literie confortable
Salle de bain très petite, douche sans bac, l eau coule directement sur le sol et l’eau met pas mal de temps à s écouler par le syphon: pas trop pratique si vous êtes pressés et que vous devez prendre votre douche l un après l’autre rapidement .
Le support de pommeau de douche cassé, il fallait le tenir à la main
Produits d hygiène a ramener, shampooing non fourni ( difficile quand on voyage avec bagage en cabine pour 2-3 jours)
Service de petit déjeuner basique, dommage pour certains produits commerciaux ( olives noires et fromage quiri )
Crepe et brioche préparé sur place, elles étaient très bonne
Emplacement parfait , juste à côté d un de suq de la vieille médina
Pour manger il y a plein de restos sur place mais ils sont relativement chers car on est en zone touristique
Ne pas hésiter à aller manger dans la ville nouvelle, on y va avec taxi pour 2€ par trajet (4€ a/r)
Attention: l hôtel affirme accepter la carte bancaire mais nous n avons pas pu régler 170dirham(17€) par carte car commission trop importante . Que les montants élevés sont acceptés ( à prendre en compte si vous payez en fin de séjour et que vous avez l’argent compté)
Wifi gratuit , terrasse sympa mais dommage ne pas y pouvoir prendre le petit dej
Dans l ensemble séjour agréable et rapport qualité prix correcte

리리뷰어My stay in Fez was truly memorable, thanks to the warmth and professionalism of Hager, the manager.
We arrived later than planned, reaching the property at 11 p.m. instead of the expected 9 p.m., yet Hager welcomed us with kindness and patience, making us feel completely at ease despite the late hour. That first impression set the tone for the entire stay.
Hager was also incredibly accommodating with breakfast. She kindly arranged breakfast earlier than the usual start time, and it was a delicious traditional Moroccan breakfast — fresh, generous, and beautifully prepared. It was one of the highlights of the stay and a perfect way to start the day.
At the time of leaving Fez, I had arranged my transport independently, but the situation did not go as planned and became stressful. When Hager became aware of this, she went out of her way to help, reassured me, and kindly allowed me to stay at the property during the unexpected delay.
The property is perfectly located in the heart of the medina, offering an authentic Fez experience while remaining peaceful and comfortable. The room was clean, well-maintained, and felt welcoming after long days of exploring.
What truly stood out was the genuine care and hospitality throughout the stay. Hager’s calm, thoughtful, and supportive approach made a real difference and reflects the high standards of this place.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Fez — not just for the location and comfort, but for the exceptional hospitality you’ll experience here.

리리뷰어酒店位置非常好，公共區域就是旅行目的地，有摩洛哥和菲斯特色。客房設施設備有點年代感。在酒店喝了兩天酒，服務人員對happy hour的理解跟普世大眾有較大差距。每天在酒店和各個部門溝通協調，也不錯，練練手吧。
