My wife and I recently had the pleasure of enjoying a much-needed staycation at the Swiss-Belinn Hotel, and I’m thrilled to share just how phenomenal our experience was. A great stay is made by three things: comfort, food, and service, and the Swiss-Belinn knocked all three out of the park. The Foundation of Comfort: Top-Notch Cleanliness I want to start with something that truly stood out: the cleanliness. The hygiene and tidiness across the entire property were absolutely top-notch. Our room was immaculate spotless, fresh, and welcoming making it instantly feel like a safe and relaxing sanctuary. This level of attention to detail and care is the foundation of a great stay, and the housekeeping team deserves massive credit. The Taste of Excellence: let’s talk about the food. It wasn't just good; it was genuinely amazing. Every single meal was a memorable experience. The culinary team clearly operates with passion and expertise. 算內羅畢很新很豪華的酒店了，酒店安保檢查非常嚴格，進門口會有保安詢問，警犬查防爆，進到大堂還需要把隨身包進行安檢，還有配槍的安保人員。不過完全不用擔心安全問題，純粹是政府要求。酒店的服務員很nice，無論是前台，禮賓部還是餐廳，所有人都很友好，有任何問題都盡力解決。 酒店設施很齊全，有乒乓🏓，飛鏢🎯，健身房，露天游泳池。餐廳的早餐很豐富，咖啡很好喝。 酒店的地理位置不是很中心，附近沒有餐廳，要麼在酒店用餐要麼可以Uber去最近的village market，裏面有吃有買，很方便。

Lovely hotel. Beautiful room, delicious breakfast, amazing staff especially Ms Purity at the checkin who accommodated my questions and was very polite, always with a smile. The hotel has a prayer room near the lobby. Clean and spacious but no separation between men and women. The complimentary airport shuttle service was very useful. Will definitely stay here again.

호텔은 매우 새롭지만 장식적인 느낌이 있고 매우 작습니다. 숙박하기가 불편합니다. 서비스가 꽤 좋다고 생각하지 않습니다.

Check in process was smooth and fast. Hotel and restaurant staff are very friendly, kind and flexible. The location is convenient- very close to the airport and city centre. Food is brilliant - we booked half-board and enjoyed both the breakfast and dinner, with variety of food on offer. Some areas of improvement: We asked for a baby cot but what was provided was an old dirty wooden bed with adult linen/ bedding - not appealing at all and lacked that babyish touch - not given some clear thought. It appears as though the hotel isn't ready for families with babies/infants! The management should seriously think of giving facilities an uplift to ensure clients have a peaceful and memorable experience. For example the rubber lining on the refrigerator in our room (we hooked an Executive room! ) was so dirty. The landline phones are old fashioned and some not functional. Also it took too long for the phones to be answered, while in some cases never answered at all, and worse still no follow up call back. There was also this disturbing intermittent noise (sounded like a machine) around the 11th floor that disrupted our sleep at night. These issues and lack of details do not match the star rating of this hotel. A great hotel, but one whose facilities have been neglected! We may come back, just for the friendliness of the staff and the delicious food!

이 호텔 정말 최고예요! 400위안 조금 넘는 가격이라 전혀 비싸지 않아요. 아침 식사도 훌륭했는데, 버섯과 소고기가 조화롭게 어우러지고 과일 종류도 다양했어요. 아프리카에서 이렇게 훌륭한 아침 식사를 기대하지 못했는데 정말 만족스러웠어요! 가격 대비 최고예요! 다만, 무슨 이유인지 객실에 에어컨이 없다는 점은 아쉬웠어요.

I truly enjoyed my short stay here. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome from the gate to the hotel staff made me feel at home. The food was exceptional—especially the lamb chops, some of the best I’ve ever had. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety and was even more delightful by the poolside, with a cool breeze and soft background music. Security is modern and reassuring, and my room had a lovely view of Westlands. Overall, a great experience—I would definitely recommend this place.

일부 야생 동물만 키우면 환경이 매우 좋습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭하고 아침과 저녁 식사를 설정하고 쇼를보기 위해 하룻밤 바베큐를하고 하룻밤 동안 유럽식 저녁 식사를 제공합니다. 둘 다 꽤 좋습니다. 정오에는 쇼핑몰 옆에서 해결됩니다. 손님이 많지 않아 휴가에 적합합니다.

서비스는 따뜻하고 세심하며 꼼꼼했습니다. 객실은 깨끗했고, 안뜰은 아름다웠습니다. 특히 7월 5일 새벽 5시에 체크아웃할 때 감동을 받았습니다. 원래 아침 식사를 거를 예정이었는데, 프런트 데스크 직원분이 이를 알고도 식당에 연락해서 아침 식사를 준비해 포장해 주셨습니다. 진심으로 감사드립니다.

外派狗一枚，天天啃白人餐都快懷疑人生了😂。今天中午終於在肯尼亞吃上中餐，炒菜味道很正宗，一口下去彷彿回到國內，瞬間治癒！
