Mooi hotel maar personeel kijkt niet heel blij vooral bij zwembad niet. Goede locatie met prachtig uitzicht.

Estuvimos alojadas en una habitación triple con LAS TRES CAMAS de igual calidad, circunstancia que pocas veces se encuentra en los hoteles. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y solícito a nuestras peticiones. La habitación disponía de un baño renovado, sencillo pero muy completo. La ducha era de plato con una presión de agua caliente muy buena. el desayuno incluía fruta fresca, tostadora, todo tipo de repostería, etc etc siendo el personal que nos atendía extraordinariamente amable y solícito. La señora de la limpieza de la habitación siempre se mostró muy atenta y colaboradora. La distancia al centro de Stresa es de unos 12 minutos que se hacen cómodamente andando. Recomendaría este hotel!!

Arrived late and the concierge was very helpful. I had a single room. You can hear everything from other rooms. There was no tea coffee or water. Couldn't find air con. Pillow was uncomfortable. Breakfast very good continental. Place is spotless and all staff were lovely. It overlooks the lake and about a 20 min reasonably flat walk to the station

마조레 호수를 마주보고있는 입지에서 이른 아침 호숫가 산책을 즐길 수있었습니다. 페리 승강장과 역, 둘 다에서 도보 갈 수있는 범위 때문에 딱 좋았다고 생각합니다. 고전적이고 좋은 분위기의 호텔이었습니다. 숙박은 산 쪽 방 이었지만, 아침 식사 장소가 호수를 향한 테라스 좌석도있어 전망이 좋았습니다. 다음에는 호수 쪽 방에도 묵고 싶다고 생각합니다. Maggiore 호수는 코모 호수보다 혼잡하지 않고 천천히 즐길 수있었습니다. 밀라노에서 이동도 편리하기 때문에 추천합니다.

The residence was very good, after check-in at the nearby hotel, I was taken to the nearby residence. The room was clean, albeit a bit worn out. Location was excellent, and breakfast was tasty. Staff was kind and accommodating. I'd stay here again should I travel to Stresa. Thank you.

I wanted to save some money by not staying directly lakefront, and this hotel was quiet, clean, no frills and perfect. In a quiet neighborhood where a 2 minute walk in a residential area brings you to self service laundry, a grocery store, shops and restaurants and a 5 minute walk from the more busy piazzas with restaurants and shops. The hotel room was large with loads of space for storage and plenty of hooks and a large desk area, along with a balcony with 2 plastic chairs and a table.. Bathroom supplied round soap and shampoo. Front desk was efficient and stored my luggage after checkout while I explored the town further. Short walk to train station. Included breakfast was cheese, meats, hard boilded eggs, croissant, yogurt and fruit and a Coffee machine.
