My stay at Hotel Bristol Palace was truly delightful. The hotel is exceptionally elegant, with stunning classic decoration that gives it a timeless charm. Every corner feels thoughtfully designed and beautifully maintained. The staff were highly professional—polite, attentive, and genuinely insightful in offering recommendations and local information, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city, and the overall cleanliness was impeccable throughout the stay. The buffet breakfast was another highlight, offering a great variety and quality to start the day right. A refined and comfortable stay—I would absolutely return.

NH Marina is the best if you are looking for the experiences ”Harborview” I stayed one night and my room comes with balcone with harborview and city view . Location : its located only few steps from Darsena Metro and a lot of historical locations around this place . So if you are a solo traveler and its your first time to reach Genoa , this is a good option for you . Note : make sure you book the room with balcony

여기 위치가 정말 좋은게 기차역이랑 엄청 가까워서 근교 소도시 가기 편하고 페라리 광장이랑 이어지는 큰 도로까지 조금 걸으면 금방 갈 수 있어요. 위쪽으로는 공원도 가볼만해요. 전 더블룸에 머물렀는데 방 구조라던가 가구배치가 머물기 편안하게 되어있어서 좋았고, 뭣보다 화장실이 정말 깨끗하게 관리가 되어있는게 좋았어요 🥹 방에 테라스가 있는것도 좋았습니다.

The location is good. But it was complicated to find the hotel since the hotel name is not shown on the front of the building. Also, the parking isn’t on the same side of the hotel, better to communicate with the hotel before arrival.

Camera molto spaziosa, pulita e minimal. Bagno molto elegante, con lavandino che ho trovato un pò scomodo. Purtroppo all’interno della camera non era presente il phon (probabilmente rubato da qualcuno in precedenza), fatto che ho segnalato in reception. Colazione molto buona e con ampia scelta. Parcheggio un po scomodo (poco spazio tra i vari stalli) anche per il fatto di dover passare ogni volta in reception per validare il biglietto. Personale cordiale, gentile e disponibile.

Have stayed in this hotel 5-6 times in the last 10 years. Always love the staff service. The restaurant is also excellent for its attentive staff and lovely genovese food. Breakfast is also excellent. Although I hope an upgrade will come soon, the rooms are clean but tired.

酒店是公寓式酒店，在居民樓裏，比較有歷史的建築，意大利式風格，我覺得比現代酒店更有特色，更道地的體驗。 位置很好，樓下就是商店和餐飲區，走路到海邊很近（走路一下就到水族館，再走遠一點就有EATALY，坐電梯上樓可以買到很多意大利精品，到市中心景點區也可以走路。推薦走路到近市中心的山腳下乘坐兩歐的上山電車。酒店早餐還可以，不選擇也可以，留下就是咖啡館。

L'hotel è situato in posizione strategica, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione ferroviaria di Piazza Principe e a 10 minuti dal centro città e dal porto. La camera è pulita e confortevole. Sono disponibili acqua in bottiglia, tè e caffè solubile. L'unico inconveniente è il piccolo box doccia.

Ubicado frente al puerto. Reacondicionado como nuevo. Habitación confortable. Personal muy amable y desayuno muy completo. Hay que tener cuidado de noche, el ambiente no es de lo mejor. Recomiendo el museo del Mar. Hay un tren turístico que hace city tour en frente del hotel, económico 10 euros. Disfruté la estancia. Muy recomendable.
