Прекрасный отель, очень уютные номера, хоть и небольшие. Великолепный душ, все растает в номере отлично. Халат и тапочки необходимо просить отдельно, но в Испании такая практика почти везде. Не ресепшен есть приветственное шампанское и вкусняшки. Вкусный мармелад! Могу сказать, что отель отличный, мы провели там всего день, но нам все очень понравилось. Комфортные кровати с мягким матрасом, супер удобные подушки. Завтрак заслуживает отдельного внимания — в нем есть абсолютно все. Расположение отеля отличное. В общем, все прекрасно 🫶

Me alojé en el Axel Hotel Bilbao y quedé muy satisfecho con mi estancia. El hotel cuenta con sauna y jacuzzi, y además tiene una piscina en la azotea que es perfecta para relajarse. El check-in es a partir de las 15:00, pero como la habitación estaba disponible, me permitieron entrar un poco antes, lo cual agradecí mucho. El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. Sin duda, una experiencia muy positiva. ¡Volvería a alojarme aquí!

酒店很乾凈，服務也好，因為出差行程長，行程有點記混淆，我應該要退房的卻沒有退房，直到下午兩三點去酒店進不去門才發現自己應該退房，和酒店説明情況後，竟然沒有產生一分錢費用，比國內酒店都人性化

Choose the hotel for its proximity to the Intermodal bus interchange. We walked to all the main tourist attractions from the hotel. Bilbao is a very walkable city. What sets this hotel apart is the friendliness of the staff. The front counter team is genuinely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Noemi who went out of her way to help us and gave advice on airline lost luggage. The room is spacious for our needs. The king bed is super comfortable, with just the right firmness. Linen is plush and pillows are fluffy. It has a simple yet functional tea-making facility in the room. The room came with USB charger by bedside, which is essential for today's travellers. We love the bathroom. Well-lit, full-size shower with strong water pressure. You will find the basic amenities (Toothbrush etc) in the bathroom. The cleaner did a good job with the room. The hall and public areas are all spotless. Judging based on the interior, the hotel might have been refurbished not that long ago.

다른 호텔이 당일 취소가 되었기 때문에 갑자기 위치와 가격 우선으로 예약했습니다. 구시가와 메트로나 버스 정류장은 모두 5분 이내에 있어 창으로부터는 광장을 바라볼 수 있어 깨끗했습니다. 인테리어는 솔직히 싸고 좋아하지 않았습니다. 청결하고 샤워의 온수압도 문제 없었습니다만, 냉장고의 선반은 망가져 있어 방의 전화의 접속이 나빠져도 아무도 대응해 주지 않았습니다. 접수의 스탭은 1명씩 밖에 없어서 사무적이고 필요 이상으로 도움을 주지 않습니다. 방을 포함하여 관내에 방향제 같은 향기가 있었기 때문에 향기에 민감한 분은주의가 필요합니다. 아침 식사 뷔페는 버라이어티가 풍부하고 맛있고, 피곤하면 한밤중까지 룸 서비스도 해 주기 때문에 고맙습니다. 목욕 가운과 슬리퍼는 포함되어 있지 않습니다. 정리하면 장소가 좋기 때문에 가격에 맞을 것입니다.

Great location! Excellent restaurants around (remember to try Demaio fresh made pasta with organic ingredients in front of hotel!). Walking distance to metro station to access Bilbao estacion de autobuses, shopping galore! Highly recommend this hotel! Big room, big bathroom as in USA standards!

Hotel y habitación bonitos. El café de abajo bastante rico. Ubicación excelente. Calefacción regulable desde la habitación silenciosa y eficienciente. La única pega es que el colchón era algo duro y que nos pusieron en una habitación con baño adaptado para minusválidos.

Sercotel Arenal Bilbao에서의 나의 체재는 완벽했다. 호텔은 절대적으로 흠이 없으며, 방에서 아름다운 장식과 아름다운 전망. 우아한 로비에서 내 방까지 호텔 전체가 흠이 없었습니다. 하우스 키핑 팀은 자신의 일에 엄청난 자부심을 가지고 있으며 즉시 나를 편안하게 만드는 깨끗하고 위생적인 환경을 보장합니다. 리셉션 직원은 훌륭하고 따뜻한 서비스를 제공했습니다. 아침 식사는 완벽했습니다. 너무 크지도 작지도 않았지만 하루를 시작하기에 딱 좋은 선택이었습니다. 경영진은 분명히 환상적인 일을하고 있습니다. 이 수준의 품질과 세부 사항에 대한 관심으로 이 호텔은 진정으로 4성급 호텔처럼 운영됩니다. 나는 돌아올 때까지 기다릴 수 없다.

I stayed one night in a shared mixed dorm. The room and bathroom were clean, and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and spoke English, which made check-in easy. Breakfast was basic but free, with bread, coffee, and juice. The hostel is not in the city center, but there is a bus stop right outside that takes you to the center in about 15 minutes. There is also a kitchen if you want to cook your own food, and lockers for your things. Good choice if you want something affordable and quiet.
