We feel so lucky to have come across Lixia and Sea Homestay. From the moment we arrived, we were completely charmed. What makes this place special for me is its sincerity. Every detail shows how much Lixia and Haibo want guests to feel welcomed, relaxed, and genuinely connected to village life.
The young owners, Lixia and Haibo, are such a lovely, talented, and hard-working couple who got married not long ago and have just opened this beautiful homestay together. Their passion and warmth are everywhere. Haibo is a professional photographer and an incredible cook – every meal he prepared for us was fresh, seasonal, and absolutely delicious. Lixia is just as amazing: super energetic, thoughtful, and incredibly talented behind the camera.
They also have the sweetest dog named One Two Three – a patient and gentle soul who quickly became our favorite companion. She joined Lixia in accompanying us around the village and along the ancient trails, adding even more joy to our walks.
What truly blew us away was the photography and videos Lixia made for us. While we explored, she quietly captured the most beautiful shots of us among the old stone houses and ancient trails. At the end of our stay, she surprised us with two wonderfully edited short videos that perfectly captured the joy and laughter of our weekend. I’ve stayed at hundreds of places around the world and have never received anything like this – it’s a memory we’ll treasure forever.
The rooms are spotless, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated with local touches. Every small detail – from the welcome fruit basket to the cozy fireplace at night – shows how much love and effort this young couple puts into making guests feel truly at home.
If you want to slow down, eat amazing home-cooked food, have your trip professionally documented, and be spoiled by the kindest hosts (and their wonderful dog) in Zhejiang, book Lixia and Sea Homestay immediately.

리리뷰어정말 훌륭해요! 사장님께서 엄청 세심하게 챙겨주셨고 저희가 도착했을 때 흰버섯국까지 준비해주셨네요! 객실에 들어서자마자 맛있는 냄새가 납니다. 단, 욕조의 온도가 안정적이지 않아 산 정상에 있다는 점은 이해가 됩니다. 방은 매우 조용했고 최근 며칠간 가장 편안한 밤잠을 잤습니다. 아침에 죽순절임이 너무 맛있어요 이모님께도 사달라고 해서 집에서 직접 만들어 먹기로 했어요. 물건을 포장한 후 사장님께서 직접 차를 몰고 오셔서 물건을 배달해 주셨는데요, 서비스도 정말 훌륭했습니다! 더위를 피해 여기로 내려오자 사장님과 약속을 잡았는데 정말 편해요!

B&B는 300년 된 고대 건물을 기반으로 개조된 현대적인 B&B입니다. 서비스가 매우 배려심이 깊습니다. 고속철도에서 전화해서 승하차 방법을 미리 알려줬어요 도착하니 이미 도착해 있었어요 주차장에서 기다리고 주문시간이 되자 이모님이 싱싱한 야채를 따러 가셨어요 밭에서 온 두부와 갈비살이 맛있었어요. 나갈 때 택시 불러주는 것도 도와주셨어요. 매우 만족합니다. 윗층 손님들이 한밤중에 신발 신고 발 구르며 돌아다니지 않았으면 좋겠습니다. 암튼 꽤 만족하고 다음에 또 만나요!

The service is excellent with the staff all friendly and highly professional What is even more fantastic is the restaurant 山果落 where we had dinner for 3 nights and 3 breakfast. Out of this world cuisine. Highly recommended. The fried tea leaves pork and chicken bamboo shoot soup are heavenly.

리리뷰어Yi Yuan Village is a quaint, peaceful and authentic hideaway in the mountains, away from the tourist crowds that cause chaos further down the valley back towards Song Yang City. It has a few homestays, ours at Yi Yin being the best and most recently opened. The host family (Ceng) is generous and hospitable, friendly, polite and helpful. Rooms were spotless and clean, nicely furnished and easy to reach, nearer the entrance to the village. All meals were freshly made with home-made or locally sourced ingredients, very tasty! They helped us arrange several day trips with an excellent driver (Xiao Bao) whom I also highly recommend. He can be contacted through the host family; he is popular, so I would suggest you request his services once you have confirmed your stay at Yi Yin. Yi Yin is well placed for visiting the surrounding area; there is daily, regular public transport to and from the village and surrounding countryside.

They showed us the surrounding and we ate together. In the area are a lot of beautiful old buildings and also some moderne buildings (tofu factory and rice wine factory). We felt like a part of the village and loved to stay here!

리리뷰어송양에 있는 민속음식점을 많이 다니며 고심 끝에 이곳을 선택했습니다. 도착하기 전에는 지리적으로 Chenjiapu, Yangjiatang 등 송양의 유명한 고대 마을과 가깝지 않고 상대적으로 독립적이기 때문에 약간 걱정이되었습니다. 독특한 것이 특징이며, 산의 분위기는 조용하고 편안합니다. B&B는 원래 Langshu 마을 위치에 개조되었으며 송양에서 가장 큰 B&B로 간주됩니다. 비앤비에는 200여 그루 이상의 고목이 있고 야외 수영장은 매우 뜨겁고 아이들이 놀 수 있는 넓은 공간이 있어 지나가는 곳마다 풍경 사진을 찍을 수 있습니다. 춘절 기간 동안 매일 밤 터지는 불꽃놀이는 수년 만에 볼 수 있는 마지막 불꽃놀이입니다. 비앤비에 있는 연륜식당에서의 저녁식사는 맛있었고 양이 많았습니다.가격은 저렴하지는 않지만 양이 많아서 돈값은 했습니다. 마을로 들어가는 먼 길은 산길로 비교적 폭이 좁아 혼자 운전하는 것이 편리하지만 조심해야 한다. 전체적으로 기대 이상의 숙박이었습니다. 결국 송양 여행은 천자푸, 송장마을, 양자탕 등을 가지 않고 아쉬움을 느끼지 않았다.

LLucíaNo había nadie en la entrada del hotel ni cuando llegué ni cuando me fui. Tuve que llamar a la chica y me dijo que si necesitaba algo ella estaba en el local de enfrente. Y lo mismo para irme simplemente dejé la tarjeta en el mostrador y le mando un mensaje porque no había nadie. La habitación estaba bien pero el baño no tragaba muy bien el agua y para lavarse las manos la pileta no está bien puesta
