저는 여행이든 출장이든 아투르 호텔에 묵을 때마다 항상 편안하고 만족스러운 기분을 느꼈습니다. 이번에는 패밀리룸을 예약했는데, 작은 문제가 있었지만 호텔 매니저께서 신속하게 해결해 주셨고, 무료 조식까지 제공해 주셨습니다. 조식은 종류도 다양하고 맛도 훌륭했습니다. 체크아웃할 때 작은 선물도 주셨고요! 호텔 직원분들도 모두 친절하고 정중하게 항상 웃는 얼굴로 맞아주셔서 정말 좋았습니다. 환상적인 경험이었어요!

Best Experience staying in China. Its so welcome for foreigner. Im strongly suggest that you learn some basic chinese because you can operate the entire room using voice command. For example opening the window curtain or air conditioner, you just can command “xiao du xiao du” and there will be an AI assistance helping you (only in mandarin). The customer service is also great and very helpful, i can feel that they are so friendly and 前台 002 前台服务态度好 !! 住了两天之内协助了我很多，热情好客接待我们。 one simple thing to add on, if you aren’t used with going to toilet and using tissue to wipes. They provide you a bidet so you can clean using water. Meizhou is my hometown, will definitely come back to this hotel again for the next trip!

Les chambres situées dans l'annexe (les moins chères) ayant des WC à la turc, nous avons préféré changer de chambre pour être dans le bâtiment principal et payer un additif. Tout à fait content de la chambre avec belle vue. Il faut marcher 10mn à pied pour arriver dans la rue principale de la ville et trouver des commerces.

The hotel’s location immediately stood out — perfectly situated between the parking lot and the waterfront square, making it incredibly convenient while still feeling connected to the heart of the town. The building itself is beautifully restored and carries deep historical character, as it once served as the old ticket station where the ferry used to dock. You can really feel the thoughtful care that went into transforming this heritage structure into a hotel — the preservation work is evident in every detail, blending history with comfort in a way that feels both respectful and welcoming. The staff on March 1st were exceptionally warm and attentive — both the gentleman and the lady were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They personally showed us the room and offered to help with our luggage, checked in on our food order, and even came by afterward to clear the plates. Their knowledge of the area was impressive, and they happily shared suggestions on what to see and do nearby. Meanwhile, fireworks were still going off in the distance, adding a festive atmosphere to the evening. The hotel itself continues to impress the more you explore it — a carefully restored historic space filled with thoughtful touches, including a lovely fruit platter in the room. There is also an interesting hall dedicated to Hakka culture that doubles as an event venue, and a stunning bar on the top floor overlooking the water, where we could watch people setting off fireworks across the river. In the morning, the view becomes something truly special — clouds drifting slowly to partially veil the mountains across the river, creating a peaceful, calming atmosphere that makes the whole place feel like a hidden gem. 我们来到嵩口是为了探索这座小镇，由于时间已经有些晚了，也开始考虑在当地找个地方住一晚。这家酒店的位置非常出色，正好位于停车场和临水广场之间，既方便又贴近小镇的核心区域。建筑本身修复得非常漂亮，充满历史韵味——这里曾经是旧时渡船停靠的售票站。可以明显感受到在将这座历史建筑改造成酒店的过程中投入了大量心思与细致的保护工作，每一个细节都展现出对历史的尊重，同时又兼顾了舒适与温馨。 3月1日当天的工作人员格外热情周到——无论是男员工还是女员工都非常友善、乐于助人，让人一到这里就有宾至如归的感觉。他们亲自带我们看房间，主动帮忙拿行李，还关心我们的餐食情况，并在用餐后帮忙收走餐具。他们对周边环境非常了解，也热心推荐值得体验的活动和景点。与此同时，远处仍不断有烟花绽放，为夜晚增添了节庆般的氛围。酒店本身越细看越令人惊喜——这座精心修复的历史空间处处充满用心设计，房间里还准备了精致的水果拼盘。馆内还有一个展示客家文化的特色大厅，同时也可作为活动场地使用，而顶楼则设有一间非常漂亮的酒吧，可以俯瞰水面，还能看到对岸有人在河边燃放烟花。到了清晨，景色更是令人难忘——河对岸的群山被缓缓流动的云雾半遮半掩，环境宁静舒缓，让人感觉这里仿佛是一处隐秘而放松的宝藏之地。

Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. They should have given me free breakfast vouchers instead of free but horrible dinner. Some luxury or amenities are not that necessary.

복건성, 광동성 8개 도시를 여행했는데 이 호텔에 도착하니 하이라이트가 나타났습니다. 하룻밤 묵었는데 느낌이 매우 좋고 가격 대비 성능이 매우 높았습니다. 1 : 위치가 좋고 정무 센터 로터리 가장자리에 위치하며 메이장 귀도 공원과 멀지 않아 여행, 주차, 관람이 편리합니다. 둘째: 서비스 태도가 좋습니다. 프론트 데스크의 경비원, 안나 외 웨이터, 13층 청소 직원, 레스토랑 웨이터, 차를 주차하는 순간부터 연락했던 아침 식사 웨이터 모두 세심하게 배려해 주었습니다. 정중하고 세심하며 열정적입니다. 엄지손가락을 치켜세우세요. 셋: 시설이 좋습니다. 샤워실에 물이 많고, 빨랫줄과 수건 걸이가 있습니다. 손님을 위해 생각할 수 있는 모든 것이 다 갖춰져 있어 매우 편리합니다. 4: 아침 식사는 풍부하고 다양하며 품질이 좋습니다. 다섯번째: 방이 깨끗하고 조용합니다. 메이저우에 다시 오신다면 이 호텔을 제1의 선택이 아닌 제2의 선택이 될 것입니다.

시설: 25년 만에 리노베이션을 마쳤으며 집 전체가 음성 지능적이며 Xiaodu wake up, 스마트 화장실, 편안한 매트리스, 세탁실이 갖추어져 있습니다. 기대 이상으로 Tai Po의 호텔에 머물 수 있다는 것은 즐거운 놀라움입니다. 위생: 깨끗합니다. 환경: 매우 조용하고 방음이 비교적 양호하며 아래층은 매우 편리하며 현지 인기 상점, 특히 옆집 국수 절인 곳으로 걸어 갈 수 있습니다. 맛있습니다. 추천하다. 서비스: 훌륭합니다.

The hotel is conveniently situated at a junction where you can find food very easily. There is also a supermarket nearby so we could just stroll over to grab a yogurt drink after meal. The hotel room looked dated and it’s observable from the design and the bathroom, as well as the carpets. However, the room is reasonably clean and service was sincere, friendly and prompt. I sent some clothes for laundry and the staff took the effort to inform me that the clothes would be hand washed then dried under the sun so they should be ready by evening time later on. She also informed me of the pricing, then went on to ask if I was alright with that. I like it that they are very clear with charges and there is no hidden cost. Service was also very prompt. I asked for more water at the concierge when I came back from dinner and the room service staff was already waiting for me at my room door with the water by the time I got out of the lift. The beds were clean and comfortable too. My aunt and I rested well for the two nights we stayed there. The only negative was probably the air conditioner which was quite loud. But once we fell asleep, it didn’t bother us. There is also a very cute tea set in the room which guests could utilize if they wanted tea. It would have been better if they had given us four bottles of water instead of two. Then we would have been having our little tea appreciation session more regularly.
