If you’re already familiar with ATOUR hotels, you don’t need to read this review, you already know how consistently fantastic their hotels are. This location is no exception. For those new to ATOUR: these hotels are known for excellent service at a fair price. Rooms are clean, amenities are well thought out and locations are typically convenient. Simply my favourite hotel chain in this price range and once again, they didn’t disappoint.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Meizhuo West High Speed Rail Station and within the city. Near the Mei Hua Forest Park. Many food outlets that offer delicious local food at good prices. The hotel offer Smart Room control systemand free laundry services. The room is spacious and clean, and very comfortable The staff is very helpful and friendly, offer assistance readily. Very happy with the stay in the hotel.👍👍😃😃

백산장은 마을에 정말 보석 같은 곳입니다. 숙소는 관리가 잘 되어 있고 평화롭고 고요합니다. 프런트 데스크, 주방, 경비, 하우스키핑 직원 모두 가족 같았고, 그들과 즐거운 대화를 많이 나누었습니다. 매일 아침 맛있는 하카 요리를 만들어 주시고 마지막 날에는 특별 요리까지 제공해 주신 셰프님께 특히 감사드립니다. 숙소 뒤편 언덕 꼭대기까지 올라가는 것도 추천합니다. 경치가 아름다워 체력이 있으시다면 꼭 추천해 드립니다. 백산장은 길 건너편에 있고, 숙소 오른쪽에서 약 600m 떨어진 전공원농장(田园农庄)에서는 맛있는 하카 음식을 맛볼 수 있어 걸어 올라갈 만한 가치가 충분합니다. 전반적으로 이곳에서의 숙박 덕분에 고향으로 돌아가는 여정이 완벽해졌습니다. 완벽하고 기억에 남는 여행을 만들어 주신 백산장의 모든 직원분들께 진심으로 감사드립니다! This place is a blast, I’ve been really worry before I booked and till the moment I arrived because of the reviews and everything, worrying it is a trap but when the moment I arrived I realised I’ve been too paranoid about it and the whole place is super duper clean and new everything is nice! Washing clothes and drying with notifications functions and also the wifi in room was okay breakfast is nice and simple! Their soy milk is freshly made everyday unsweetened which is super good choice everything is so clean don’t go and believe the bad reviews like me! Front desk and staff are also super friendly and sweet! With manners most importantly! Trust Ji Hotel! Def coming back again! Super recommended! Thumbs up from Singapore!

果然住如家永遠不會失望，從大堂到房間都透着温馨，細節處全是用心。床品是曬過太陽的乾淨感，服務人員温柔又專業，哪怕是小需求也會及時迴應，瞬間有了賓至如歸的感覺。位置便利還鬧中取靜，不管是出差還是旅行，都是超棒的選擇，已經列入我的常駐清單啦！

中文如下 We arrived in Songkou planning to explore the town, and since it was already getting late, we also began considering finding a place to stay for the night. The hotel’s location immediately stood out — perfectly situated between the parking lot and the waterfront square, making it incredibly convenient while still feeling connected to the heart of the town. The building itself is beautifully restored and carries deep historical character, as it once served as the old ticket station where the ferry used to dock. You can really feel the thoughtful care that went into transforming this heritage structure into a hotel — the preservation work is evident in every detail, blending history with comfort in a way that feels both respectful and welcoming. The staff on March 1st were exceptionally warm and attentive — both the gentleman and the lady were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They personally showed us the room and offered to help with our luggage, checked in on our food order, and even came by afterward to clear the plates. Their knowledge of the area was impressive, and they happily shared suggestions on what to see and do nearby. Meanwhile, fireworks were still going off in the distance, adding a festive atmosphere to the evening. The hotel itself continues to impress the more you explore it — a carefully restored historic space filled with thoughtful touches, including a lovely fruit platter in the room. There is also an interesting hall dedicated to Hakka culture that doubles as an event venue, and a stunning bar on the top floor overlooking the water, where we could watch people setting off fireworks across the river. In the morning, the view becomes something truly special — clouds drifting slowly to partially veil the mountains across the river, creating a peaceful, calming atmosphere that makes the whole place feel like a hidden gem. 我们来到嵩口是为了探索这座小镇，由于时间已经有些晚了，也开始考虑在当地找个地方住一晚。这家酒店的位置非常出色，正好位于停车场和临水广场之间，既方便又贴近小镇的核心区域。建筑本身修复得非常漂亮，充满历史韵味——这里曾经是旧时渡船停靠的售票站。可以明显感受到在将这座历史建筑改造成酒店的过程中投入了大量心思与细致的保护工作，每一个细节都展现出对历史的尊重，同时又兼顾了舒适与温馨。 3月1日当天的工作人员格外热情周到——无论是男员工还是女员工都非常友善、乐于助人，让人一到这里就有宾至如归的感觉。他们亲自带我们看房间，主动帮忙拿行李，还关心我们的餐食情况，并在用餐后帮忙收走餐具。他们对周边环境非常了解，也热心推荐值得体验的活动和景点。与此同时，远处仍不断有烟花绽放，为夜晚增添了节庆般的氛围。酒店本身越细看越令人惊喜——这座精心修复的历史空间处处充满用心设计，房间里还准备了精致的水果拼盘。馆内还有一个展示客家文化的特色大厅，同时也可作为活动场地使用，而顶楼则设有一间非常漂亮的酒吧，可以俯瞰水面，还能看到对岸有人在河边燃放烟花。到了清晨，景色更是令人难忘——河对岸的群山被缓缓流动的云雾半遮半掩，环境宁静舒缓，让人感觉这里仿佛是一处隐秘而放松的宝藏之地。

리셉션은 관광 명소에 대해 잘 알지 못합니다. .. 그 외에는 그녀가 최선을 다해 도와줍니다. 방은 넓고 깨끗합니다. 위치는 도심과 가깝지는 않지만 청구된 가격에 대한 불만은 없습니다.

시설: 25년 만에 리노베이션을 마쳤으며 집 전체가 음성 지능적이며 Xiaodu wake up, 스마트 화장실, 편안한 매트리스, 세탁실이 갖추어져 있습니다. 기대 이상으로 Tai Po의 호텔에 머물 수 있다는 것은 즐거운 놀라움입니다. 위생: 깨끗합니다. 환경: 매우 조용하고 방음이 비교적 양호하며 아래층은 매우 편리하며 현지 인기 상점, 특히 옆집 국수 절인 곳으로 걸어 갈 수 있습니다. 맛있습니다. 추천하다. 서비스: 훌륭합니다.

One of our favourite stays was at White Swan Guest House. We had the most amazing experience from the staff. September 2024 We traveled to Meizhou from Shezhen. Being from Australia with limited communication we struggled to get a DiDi not realising we were in the wrong town wanting a long trip. We contacted White Swan hoping they could help us get transport. The lovely ladies Alice and Anna made every attempt to get us a DiDi so late at night and they had a friend who was able to get us from the train station. Once he was at Meizhou train station and couldn’t locate us. Alice suggested we share location on WeChat. it was then that we all realised we were in the wrong town. We had accidentally got off the train at the station before Meizhou, Xingningcun Alice & Anna were so kind and offered to help find us accommodation for the night as it was already midnight. We didn’t really want to because it will interfere with our schedule but there were no more trains.  The ladies understood and  said they could ask her DiDi driver friend but no guarantee as he had finished work for the night. She asked if he would be willing to travel the 1.5 hours to Xingning South Railway station at 1am to come get us. Which would actually have him driving for 3 hours for us. It was a late night but we are so grateful that they tried so hard to communicate with us and make us feel safe and cared for. He was wonderful and because of his kindness we reached out to him many times during our stay. The staff especially Anna and Alice were amazing. Thank you for making our first visit to China a memorable experience. The rooms were perfect, clean and comfortable. September 2025 Because of the 2024 experience, we have chosen to stay at White Swan Guest House. They continue to go above and beyond, and it was great to reconnect with Alice again.

The hotel is conveniently situated at a junction where you can find food very easily. There is also a supermarket nearby so we could just stroll over to grab a yogurt drink after meal. The hotel room looked dated and it’s observable from the design and the bathroom, as well as the carpets. However, the room is reasonably clean and service was sincere, friendly and prompt. I sent some clothes for laundry and the staff took the effort to inform me that the clothes would be hand washed then dried under the sun so they should be ready by evening time later on. She also informed me of the pricing, then went on to ask if I was alright with that. I like it that they are very clear with charges and there is no hidden cost. Service was also very prompt. I asked for more water at the concierge when I came back from dinner and the room service staff was already waiting for me at my room door with the water by the time I got out of the lift. The beds were clean and comfortable too. My aunt and I rested well for the two nights we stayed there. The only negative was probably the air conditioner which was quite loud. But once we fell asleep, it didn’t bother us. There is also a very cute tea set in the room which guests could utilize if they wanted tea. It would have been better if they had given us four bottles of water instead of two. Then we would have been having our little tea appreciation session more regularly.
