If you want to venture a bit farther, we suggest Uber/Lyft, or rent the electric scooters (Bird, Link, etc.) that are readily available throughout the neighborhood. The Baltimore Water Taxi has a stop next to Ampersea restaurant (walking distance) that can take you to the other side of the Inner Harbor and to the Canton Waterfront Park.OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:Strictly no smoking (including on the patio) and no wild parties! "Gatherings" are subject to prior approval (message us what you have planned and we'll let you know if appropriate). The hot tub is available 98% of the year. Very occasionally guest misuse or sub-freezing temps may render it briefly unusable. The free street permit parking is subject to availability (i.e. if you're trying to find a spot at midnight on a weekday it may take you 5-10min of circling the block). If you have more than one car, you can either pay metered parking (enforced 8-6 Mon-Sat), pay to park in one of the garages a few blocks from us, or find free street parking outside of the permit zone. The metered parking is the cheapest/closest option (1 block over) and you can conveniently pay via ParkMobile on your phone.We want you to enjoy the space, but please be mindful that sound carries from the patio and if you are blasting music or yelling loudly, the whole neighborhood will hear you. Quiet hours run from 10pm-8am. You can keep the party going at the bars and clubs within 3 minutes walk (just out of earshot, but close enough for you to stumble home from)! The maximum number of people allowed on the property at any given time is 6. Please no food or drinks in the bedrooms.
