The staff were really friendly, the room itself wasn't very clean and the sink was leaking, toilet kept gurgling throughout the night and obviously can't be help but the location meant the night was very noisy.

My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Travel Lodge Fort Dunlop, the hotel is clean the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the food is excellent. I would definitely stay there again on my next travel to the UK and will recommend this hotel ro my friends.

No hot water on arrival this was promptly sorted by staff however they left the room door ajar when the left. Thankfully nothing was stolen as my room was in a corner so no one likely noticed but this was a very bad experience to have. There is building work from 9am onwards this is completed on scaffolding right outside the windows so even though it is only completed in working hours the noise is incredibly excessive. Windows are blurred so unable to see out, also near to a bus stands to often woken up by buses indeling.

호텔은 약간 오래되었지만 NEC에 참석하는 사람에게 매우 편리합니다. 버스는 바로 문으로 안내합니다. 레스토랑과 공동 참여하는 것 같고 호텔은 아침 식사를 제공하지 않지만 매우 합리적인 가격으로 아침 식사를 할 수 있습니다.

Hotel was in right location for my trip and staff was very helpful at all times and also book taxi for us which was no trouble to them . I will be booking this hotel next time we go to Birmingham.

Hotel is in an excellent location central to all bars and restaurants. Clean and spacious room on the quiet floor. Shower wasn’t the best but for 2 nights it was ok. Staff were very helpful and friendly on the desk Only 10 minute walk to the town centre

Very near to national express coach station. Next to a wet market and China Town. I didn't try the breakfast as it's crowded. The stay was nice
