GGrmo위치는 좋고 사적이어서 친구와 나는 휴가를 즐길 수 있었습니다. 또한 그들은 우리가 필요로 하는 모든 것을 우리에게 가져와 요청했습니다. 그러나 욕실에는 끔찍한 상태의 리필 가능한 공용 편의 시설이 있었습니다. 컨디셔너 병은 곰팡이가 핀 성장을 했습니다. 역겨운!

리리뷰어Very impressed with the Lodge, great restaurant and the service was top notch by all the staff. Grounds are beautiful with awesome views of the Bay and Ocean. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms extremely spacious.

리리뷰어Cute and quaint stay. The hot tub and pool were still not functioning during our stay, which was a disappointment for the kids. Other nice amenities for this area were that there was cable tv in the room and Wi-Fi available which other hotels I’ve stayed at in this area did not offer. I did not realize this hotel was actually located across the street from the water so it’s not actually waterfront as I had anticipated mentally when I thought about where The Tides was located. It’s still a very nice location and very close by to The Tides, though. I would stay here again.

리리뷰어Staying on a day whwn the weather was horrible undoutably did not help this being good review as we were unable to use the pool areas or enjoy the balconies or the bikes etc but I have to say I was disappointed in the room itself given the cost. When it costs in the $600 range I expected more. 300 square feet, with one chair, a bench along one wall facing away from the TV and a work space that I can only describe as laughable is less than I expected. I confess if I had paid more attention to the pictures, they were accurate. The quality of the bedding and the towels etc were top notch as were the robes and other aids. The fridge was strange but it met our needs. The lighting was interesting. Lights turned them selves off and on automatically not always when you wanted them to, including in the middle of the night if you did not want wake your partner. When the lights went off in half the room we were startled but it seems this just might be to keep the electric bill down as when we rentered the area they came back on. They tell you the internet and parking are free but are they? They were the only two things I recieved for a $60 resort fee. On the bright side the staff was excellent though they would benifit having a larger check in area. The dinner at their restaurant was outstanding. Beware, that if you have any walking disabilities some rooms not on the first floor are only accessible via the stair way. Our designated room was one of them and we have disabilities. The staff was able to do some moving around and all was well but if you are going to stay there make sure they are aware.

JJulian MeiI stayed at the Lodge over the weekend to attend my Niece’s wedding as many of the other wedding party did and had a wonderful time. The grounds , with the lovely pool, functional gym and the restaurant with the delicious breakfast all made this stay exceptional. The wine tastings in the afternoon were a nice touch and the pre wedding reception at the restaurant was very well arranged. I stayed in a King Cottage suite and it was nicely appointed with a useful fireplace for the chilly evenings and only wished the windows were a bit larger to enjoy the view and to have more natural light in the room but did enjoy the view from my outside terrace. House keeping was a bit more erratic as twice I came back to an unmade room and had to notify the front desk that quickly resolved the issue. Overall a great stay and looking forward to staying there again soon.

JJayGreat location in beautiful Santa Rosa but not much more to say other than that. The rooms were tiny with no space outside of the bed and a small table. I was personally did not see the value of the 2 entrances into the room with one leading only out to the parking lot. I only stayed 1 night and felt it was enough. The bathroom was fantastic though and felt almost as big as the entire room itself. Overall I felt it was over costed for the experience.

리리뷰어Trip.com의 지불이 무효했기 때문에 여행은 제대로 시작되지 않았습니다. 우리는 우리 방에 체크인하기 전에 거의 한 시간 동안 직원에게 문자를 보내야했기 때문에 점심 먹으러 가족을 늦게 만났습니다. 프론트 데스크의 여성들은 훌륭했고 그들이 할 수있는 모든 것을하고있었습니다. 지불이 바로 잡힐 때까지 열쇠를 줄 수 없었습니다. 그래서 우리는 Trio.com의 서비스에 매우 만족하지 못했습니다. 결제가 유효하지 않은 곳에서 어떻게 이런 일이 일어날 수 있습니까? 그 문제로 인해 다음 여행에서 할인을 원합니다.
우리가 들어가면 서비스는 훌륭했습니다. 방은 깨끗하고 조용했습니다. 침대는 편안했습니다. 수영장과 온수 욕조는 오후 10시까지 열려 있었고 따뜻하고 깨끗했습니다. 우리는 가족과 함께 방문한 후 매일 저녁 몸을 담그고 수영하는 것을 좋아했습니다.
유일한 곡선 공은 화덕이 작동할 수 없다는 것입니다. 한 남자가 날씨 때문이라고 했지만 맑고 건조해서 말이 안 된다고 했다. 그래서 우리는 화덕 없이 밖에 앉기에는 너무 추워서 방에서 크리스마스 이브 프로세코(호텔 스낵바에서 샀어요!)를 마셔야 했습니다. 그 밖의, 그것은 훌륭한 방문이었고 우리는 다시 머물 것입니다.
